"This place was absolutely perfect! Spacious, fully equipped, great location, clean. The only thing I can say negatively is I wish there were more privacy on the decks."

"My family will be returning to this condo. It had all the necessary items to cook. Beautiful scenery off of both balconies! We had elk grazing right outside and snowcap mountain in the distance. I recommend the Twin Owls Steakhouse a 1 minute drive from condo. It had plenty of room for our family of 4 with games and washer and dryer. It was very clean with new furniture and comfy beds. Thank you for our stay!"

"This condo was wonderful! I've had a lot of bad luck, but this turned it around. Perfect condo for us, a couple, to use only the main floor. It could easily be used by several families, with the downstairs portion; each bedroom had its own bath. Gorgeous views, close access to both downtown Estes Park and the RMNP entrance, it could not have been nicer. We found all furnishings to be in excellent condition, the pictures are accurate. We cooked every night in the condo; the kitchen had all the necessary items. For coffee drinkers, the condo is stocked with filters, and we bought ground coffee. An outstanding experience and would 100% stay here again!"

"This condo was wonderful! I've had a lot of bad luck with Air BnB's, but this turned it around! Perfect condo for us, a couple, to use only the main floor. It could easily be used by several families, with the downstairs portion providing so much extra space. Each bedroom had its own full bath. Gorgeous views, close access to both downtown Estes Park and the RMNP entrance, it could not have been nicer. We found all furnishings to be in excellent condition, the pictures are accurate. We cooked every night in the condo; the kitchen had all the necessary items. Extra points that there is a Safeway just 10 minutes away, so convenient! We spent 4 days hiking, as well as an afternoon checking out the shops in Estes Park. I loved this cozy comfortable condo and wished we could have stay longer! An outstanding experience and would 100% stay here again!"

"A wonderful clean property with all the modern amenities. We really enjoyed our stay in this quiet portion of Estes Park. The views are amazing and you can see the stars off the balcony. As for the property itself it's very comfortable and modern. I will definately stay again."

Very good
"This is a nice rental option for a family or larger-sized group. The living room and kitchen area are a nice size and the living room furniture was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The view from the kitchen windows is very nice and you'll sometimes see the elk in the field. The listing should be updated though to reflect that the bed in the main level bedroom is not a queen size, but rather a full size. We have a queen at home and there's no way this is a queen-sized bed. Also, each evening during our stay, it seemed to be scream-o-clock just before dinnertime with kids screaming and yelling just outside from the grassy area there or the neighboring decks/balconies. We had family staying in another unit a level up from this home and they could also hear all the kids screaming from outside this unit. If you have little ones with you, this may not bother you, but we were looking for a more peaceful visit. Overall, a very nice home, perfect if you have kids with you or family that you're hosting or entertaining."

"We stayed here with my brother and his family. It was all we hoped it would be and more. Beautiful home - great views. The kitchen is phenomenal. It had absolutely everything we needed to enjoy a nice bar-b-que with the family. We loved the fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The AC is a huge plus, even though we really didn't need it. Would definitely stay here again."

"This is a great property and would be hard to beat on future trips. Upon arrival at the property, there was a small hiccup because the numbers on the address were transposed. The only reason I mention this is to assure others that, even on the New Years Eve holiday, the SkyRun staff answered the phone and immediately handled the situation. So, no worries if you need assistance. All went smoothly. The house was nicely cleaned, beautifully decorated, and contained literally everything you could think of cooking implements, cleaning and laundry materials, plenty of towels. Theres a great fireplace that warms the upstairs living room, several bathroom floors are heated, and there are TVs in both living areas as well as 2 of the bedrooms. The cable offers plenty of channels and the TVs are topnotch. You can also pull one vehicle into the garagewhich is great if you visit in the winter. I would love to visit this area again. If I do, this is the place to stay! January 2018"

"Condo was perfect for our family of four. Our teens loved each having their own room and bathroom. It is beautiful inside and has great views outside! Comfy beds, very spacious and heated tiles in basement were awesome! Wish they were upstairs, too! Kitchen was gorgeous and well-equipped. Hope to come back sometime!"

"This is a spectacular place to stay--the views, comfortable beds, completely outfitted kitchen, lots of bathrooms for all of our family, heated bathroom floors, large laundry room and closets, televisions everywhere (although they did not get a lot of use), good internet connection. SkyRun was great to work with (they helped me when I was tired of trying to find a place for our entire family to stay). I wish we could have stayed forever--and hope to come back."
