This charming townhome is located just minutes away from downtown Estes Park, and is near Estes Park's 18-hole golf course. Enjoy the best of both worlds with a private, secluded feel while still maintaining easy access to the town center and outdoor activities.

Enter into the open-concept living room, which branches off into the kitchen and dining area on one side and the master bedroom suite on the other. A queen bedroom sits just off the entryway next to a full bath. The washer and dryer are located across the hall.

Curl up and watch TV in the living room, which features an electric stove.

The kitchen is equipped with full-size appliances and cooking essentials, including a gas stove, and the adjacent dining area can seat six. The door from the kitchen leads out to the private deck, which features a propane grill for guest use.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, an ensuite full bath, and a walk-in closet.

This unit is part of the The Bobcat Ridge HOA which means guests need to abide by HOA rules and regulations. There is absolutely no smoking, inside or out, anywhere in the complex. The units are in close proximity to each other. - Management provides a starter kit of amenities (an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, and liquid dishwashing soap). Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
- Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, additional trash pickups and hot tub services. These are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the following required services.

The guest will be contacted for payment as follows:
$105 (one mid-stay cleaning for stays of 14-30 days, OR a Safety Check at no charge to the guest)
$105 (mid-stay cleaning for 30+ days required every 14 days each at $105, OR no-cost Safety Check)
$30 (trash pickup required every 14 days, $30 each)

- Plowing/shoveling occurs when we have 4 inches of fresh snow on the ground prior to your arrival.

"Very well-furnished and comfortable 2/2 in a pretty, quiet area... everything we needed during our 5-day stay in the kitchen and bath. Loved the converted old stove! What a beauty that Washington stove is. Wow. We did fine without AC, but it got a little stuffy mid-day, easily fixed with an open window or two. Never could figure out how to operate the gas fireplace, though. If we had needed that, I would have called. Radiant heat worked well on our coldest night. I would have liked better toiletries and tissue in the bathrooms, but it was okay. I'm just accustomed to a little better grade of supply.:-) Overall, we would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others."

"These accommodations were just perfect for us. We just wanted a home base to stay in while we visited and toured the area. However this was so much more. Clean, attractive and very comfortable. The three of us like cooking and we ate many of our meals here instead of going out. It has a very well equipped kitchen. Overall our stay was perfect. Would stay here again!"

"The place looks just like the pictures, everything you need when you first arrive is there, spacious and even includes a big garage. No ac like most places in EP so opening the upper floor windows is necessary w daytime temps in the 80s, plenty of fans and the nights cooled the place down thru mid morning. M bed was firm mattress. Real nice place, would stay there again."
