Ouzel Peak 22A is a cozy 2BR/2BA condo with amazing views of Marys Lake and the Rocky Mountains. Just a stone's throw away from Marys Lake, it's a quick walk down to the shore for fishing or skipping rocks.

The open living area features a comfy queen sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, flat-screen TV and beautiful mountain views. The kitchen is well-equipped with full-size appliances, a dining table that can seat six and everything needed for quick and easy meal prep. The stacked washer and dryer are located in a closet off of the kitchen.

The guest bedroom features a queen bed, a flat-screen TV and a jack-and-jill bathroom. The master suite offers a king bed, another flat-screen TV and a private full bathroom with a spacious shower and two sinks.

Enjoy more mountain views from the deck. With central AC to keep everything cool in the summer and warm in the winter, this condo is the perfect mountain home away from home!

The HOA-managed outdoor community pool, hot tub and fire pit are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day at the sole discretion of the Marys Lake Condominiums HOA. The community hot tub may be open for a longer period of time at the discretion of the HOA. These community facilities are managed by the HOA of Marys Lake Condominiums. Guests are welcome to use these community facilities, but the status of these facilities is not part of any guest reservation. As such, full or partial refunds are not subject to the status of the community pool, hot tub or fire pit.

Management provides a starter kit of toiletries, paper products (toilet paper/paper towels) and garbage bags. This kit includes sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, laundry detergent and dishwashing soap. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products beyond this starter kit.


Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, additional trash pickups and hot tub services. These are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the following required services.



The guest will be contacted for payment as follows:
$105 (one mid-stay cleaning for stays of 14-30 days, OR a no-cost Safety Check.
$105 (mid-stay cleaning for 30+ days required every 14 days OR no-cost Safety Check.
$10 (trash pickup required every 14 days, $10 each)






What to be aware of:

- No Parties. No Smoking. No Pets. Fines apply.
- Quiet Time 9 p.m.
- Possible stairs outside to this condo.
- Estes Park is a Dark Sky Community - Bring a Flash Light
- Guest buys own soaps/paper items when provided starter kit items are depleted.
- No reserved parking. Parking space may not be right in front of your condo.
- BEARS in the area - secure trash, lock doors and windows when leaving.
- Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line.
- Snow removal by HOA. Private entryways will be serviced at 4 inches of new snow by our team. We are not responsible for other areas or roads at or leading to Marys Lake Condominiums.

"This has probably been the 5th time we have stayed in this room. It's been a quiet getaway, close enough to town to grab food or groceries (or an Estes Park Massage couple massage!), but far enough away it is quiet and a great view of the landscape. The room has always been great, easy to get to, and amenities are just right. Highly recommend it!"

"Very clean and comfortable condo with plenty of windows looking out at a beautiful view of the mountains. Comfortable bedding and living room furniture. Wireless internet worked fine and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need if you are cooking. Close to the Rocky Mountain National Park (Beaver Meadows) and "downtown" Estes Park. Check in and out was very easy. Saw deer and rabbits on the property. One issue to note is that the fireplace is not functional if that is something you require. I didn't. Would stay here again!"

"Hubs and I stayed at SkyRun Quzel Peak 22A. We were in Estes to celebrate our wedding anniv. The Condo was clean and comfortable. - OH that BED! - so very comfortable and so cozy. the views were awesome and it was so lovely to see the snow falling from that comfy living room."

"Excellent view. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. We loved the rooms. Unfortunately the bed at the master room had a very unpleasent smell as well as the living room / kitchen everytime we entered the cabin. We had to buy some floral spray to minimize the bad odor. Other than that, we had a very nice stay. Thank you."

"This will be the third time I have rented Ouzel peak from Sky Run. this place is close to Rocky Mountain national Park and is set an a gorgeous location. The condo itself is amazing. Very warm and welcoming and an amazing kitchen. The response time and communication with the Estes Sky Run team was excellent. My only complaint or suggestion would be that after being here three times, I can see that the pillows need replacing theyre hard and uncomfortable as is the couch. The couch is dated and not very comfortable to sit in. Other than that I love this place and plan on returning again, regardless of pillows, or couches!. Thank you, Sky Run. I plan on checking out your other locations. Kind regards Barbara."

"We've been coming to EP for nearly 15 years now and 2 years ago started staying at this particular unit and area. We love to come off season primarily so we can work then play and hike. Having an equipped kitchen is really important to me so I can cook as well and this unit has a nicely equipped kitchen and bath. The rooms are spacious and give us some room to roam. We have grown to really love this specific area too of EP. And the Skyrun staff is so accommodating and responsive. Thank you for sharing your home with us. Can't wait to come back in the fall/winter."

"This was our 3rd stay in Estes Park (2nd in SkyRun property). This is a great location enabling you to avoid the downtown congestion! The property itself was immaculate upon arrival, had tasteful décor, comfortable furniture and bedding, well equipped kitchen, Weber gas grill and great views. The SkyRun staff has been extremely prompt and friendly for both our stays. Only downside was outdated TV's without internet capability. So you are stuck with standard cable TV and the all the adds. We would definitely stay here again."
