Nisa Mountain 36 - a SkyRun RMNP Property





- Construction of the retaining walls. Construction will start as early as April as we are trying to have construction completed by Memorial Day weekend.
There will be some disruptions on site during the construction period. Primarily affecting the units closest to the retaining walls; the Rustics units (32-39) and the Guest House (17A, B, C & 18A, B, C). Access will be maintained to these units throughout construction, but parking may not be available near the units.

ALLERGY ALERT: Owners have had a dog in this property. Step into Nisa Mountain 36, a luxurious two bedroom condo with spectacular views of Marys Lake and the mountains. Awake each day and savor a cup of coffee in the beautiful morning light. Take a stroll to serene Marys Lake for fishing or skipping rocks. After a long day of activities in Rocky Mountain National Park, curl up and enjoy the warmth of an intimate gas fireplace. The kitchen is very well equipped for preparing your meals. At the end of the day enjoy a hot cup of cocoa on your upper deck or lower patio, while taking in the brilliant night skies.

Enter into the open living area where you'll notice the comfortable sofa, fireplace, flat screen TV and magnificent mountain views from your living space and deck. The well-appointed kitchen is perfect for easy meal preparation. The main level guest bedroom has a Queen bed and bathroom nearby. Down the stairs, you'll enter the large Master suite. This private bedroom features a King bed, Twin bunk beds, a fireplace, flat screen TV with DVD player, walk out patio, and private full bathroom with two sinks, jetted tub and separate shower. Downstairs you'll also find your private, full-size washer/dryer.

Nisa Mountain 36 will keep you warm and cozy in the winter and cool and comfortable in the summer with Central Air Conditioning. This lovely condo accommodates up to 6 people and will be your perfect mountain home away from home!

The HOA-managed outdoor community pool, hot tub and fire pit are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day at the sole discretion of the Marys Lake Condominiums HOA. The community hot tub may be open for a longer period of time at the discretion of the HOA. These community facilities are managed by the HOA of Marys Lake Condominiums. Our guests are welcome to use these community facilities, but the status of these facilities is not part of any guest reservation. As such, full or partial refunds are not subject to the status of the community pool, hot tub or fire pit.


Management provides starter kit of toiletries, paper products (toilet paper/paper towels) and garbage bags. This kit includes sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, laundry detergent and dishwashing soap. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products beyond this starter kit.


Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, additional trash pickups and hot tub services. These are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the following required services.



The guest will be contacted for payment as follows:
$75 (one mid-stay cleaning for stays of 14-30 days, OR a Safety Check at no charge to the guest)
$75 (mid-stay cleaning for 30+ days required every 14 days each at $75, OR no-cost Safety Check)
$10 (trash pickup required every 14 days, $10 each)

- No reserved parking. Parking space may not be right in front of your condo.
- BEARS in the area - secure trash, lock doors and windows when leaving.
- Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line.
- Snow removal by HOA. Private entryways will be serviced at 4 inches of new snow by our team. We are not responsible for other areas or roads at or leading to Marys Lake Condominiums.

"We loved our stay at Mary's Lake condo Nisa Mountain 36! It had all the comforts of home. It was well stock with everything we needed except a toaster. The view from the deck was great. We saw several elk and had 3 mule deer right below us one morning. We had a few minor maintenance issues that were taken care of in very short order after a quick call!"

"I cant even begin to express how pleased we were with this condo! Fromthe start, the breathtaking views of the mountains are SO much better than expected or depicted from the listing. Contactless checkin and checkout were a HUGE deal to us during Covid. Perfectly located just minutes from RMNP and downtown Estes/Estes Lake. Some of our best times from vacation were at the condo, watching tv by the fire. We saw a family of deer come close, and a herd of about 30 deer migrate west early one morning, amazing! Only flaws were a bit of low water pressure, and the dishwasher needs to be bolted in. Other than that is was an absolute perfect stay and we can not wait to come back to Nisa Mountain 36. Quiet, scenic, absolutely perfect. Thank you!"

"I thought 36 was super. The AC needs some work -cold downstairs & hot up but beds were comfy & we had everything we needed. It just needs a grill! Sofa & chair need new cushionstheyve sat lots of folks! Great place. Clean as could be, too."
