Nakai Peak 41B is a contemporary 2BR/2BA condo with amazing views of Marys Lake and the Rocky Mountains. Just a stone's throw away from Marys Lake, it's a quick walk down to the shore for fishing or skipping rocks.
The open living area features a comfy queen sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, flat-screen TV and beautiful mountain views. The kitchen is well-equipped with full-size appliances, a dining table that can seat six and everything needed for quick and easy meal prep. The stacked washer and dryer are located in a closet off of the kitchen.
The guest bedroom features a king bed, a flat-screen TV and a jack-and-jill bathroom. The master suite offers a king bed, another flat-screen TV and a private full bathroom with a spacious shower and two sinks.
Enjoy more mountain views from the deck with a private hot tub. Nakai Peak 41B is the perfect mountain home away from home!

The HOA-managed outdoor community pool, hot tub and fire pit are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day at the sole discretion of the Marys Lake Condominiums HOA. The community hot tub may be open for a longer period of time at the discretion of the HOA. These community facilities are managed by the HOA of Marys Lake Condominiums. Guests are welcome to use these community facilities, but the status of these facilities is not part of any guest reservation. As such, full or partial refunds are not subject to the status of the community pool, hot tub or fire pit.

Management provides a starter kit of toiletries, paper products (toilet paper/paper towels) and garbage bags. This kit includes sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, laundry detergent and dishwashing soap. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products beyond this starter kit.


Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, additional trash pickups and hot tub services. These are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the following required services.



The guest will be contacted for payment as follows:
$75 (one mid-stay cleaning for stays of 14-30 days, OR a Safety Check at no charge to the guest)
$75 (mid-stay cleaning for 30+ days required every 14 days each at $75, OR no-cost Safety Check)
$10 (trash pickup required every 14 days, $10 each)
$30 (hot tub services for reservations 14+ days, required every 7 days at $30 each)

- Stairs outside to this condo - 12 steps

- No reserved parking. Parking space may not be right in front of your condo.
- Car required in Estes Park 
- Quiet Time 9 p.m.
- In the unlikely event the private hot tub were to break down and can't be repaired for guest use, we  will move guests to a comparable hot tub unit, if available, or refund the hot tub fee.
- Guest buys own soaps/paper items when provided starter kit items are depleted.
- BEARS in the area - secure trash, lock doors and windows when leaving.
- Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line.
- Snow removal by HOA. Private entryways will be serviced at 4 inches of new snow by our team. We are not responsible for other areas or roads at or leading to Marys Lake Condominiums.

"The cabin was very nice and comfortable except for a couple of minor things. There were a couple of slats missing on the blinds, the master bedroom shower curtain bar kept falling off and there was a light burned out above the island which made the kitchen a little dark. All minor things but all in all enjoyed our stay. The scenery is beautiful and the cabin was really nice. Would recommend putting hand soap in the restrooms. But we would stay again"

"Great location - close enough to downtown that you can get there easily without having to worry about traffic or noises. The living area is wonderful, and the hot tub is a great benefit. Bathrooms were excellent and the beds were super comfortable."

"Thanks for a wonderful stay at 41B! Our family enjoyed all the amenities that 41B offers-- a hot tub, king beds, etc! The condo was very clean and stocked well for everything we needed. There were even sleds for our kids to use! We enjoyed seeing the deer right outside our condo. We will be back!"

"Great place! Perfectly located for RMNP day trips. Great view and well stocked. Beds comfortable. Only recommendation is to add a smart TV for the living room. Plan to return to this unit wish we had stayed longer!"

"Amazing views from condo (4 units per building. 2 downstairs, 2 upstairs). Condo had everything we needed plus. Size was just right. Furniture comfortable. Hot tub on deck with great mountain views was an awesome way to relax and recuperate after a long day of hiking. Elk and Mule Deer frequented the property. Very close to downtown and entrances to Rocky Mountain National Park. Communication with property management was easy and they were readily available. Definitely would stay here again! Would highly recommend this vacation rental."
