Jackstraw Mountain 32 - a SkyRun RMNP Property

Construction of the retaining walls. Construction will start as early as April as we are trying to have construction completed by Memorial Day weekend.
There will be some disruptions on site during the construction period. Primarily affecting the units closest to the retaining walls; the Rustics units (32-39) and the Guest House (17A, B, C & 18A, B, C). Access will be maintained to these units throughout construction, but parking may not be available near the units.

Jackstraw Mountain is a two-level, 2BR/2BA condo with beautiful mountain views and easy access to nearby Marys Lake. The main floor features a queen bedroom with an adjacent full bath, as well as an expansive kitchen, dining and living area. Enjoy evenings next to the fireplace while watching movies on the flat-screen TV.
The lower level holds the master suite, featuring a king bed, flat-screen TV, a cozy fireplace and a private ensuite full bath with a jetted tub. The master suite also has a twin daybed with a twin trundle, as well as the laundry area down the hall. The outside patio is perfect for relaxing after a long day of hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park.

The HOA-managed outdoor community pool, hot tub and fire pit are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day at the sole discretion of the Marys Lake Condominiums HOA. The community hot tub may be open for a longer period of time at the discretion of the HOA. These community facilities are managed by the HOA of Mary's Lake Condominiums. Guests are welcome to use these community facilities, but the status of these facilities is not part of any guest reservation. As such, full or partial refunds are not subject to the status of the community pool, hot tub or fire pit.
With central AC to keep things cool in the summer and warm in the winter, this condo is the perfect mountain home away from home. Book your stay today!

Management provides a starter kit of toiletries, paper products (toilet paper/paper towels) and garbage bags. This kit includes sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, laundry detergent and dishwashing soap. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products beyond this starter kit.

Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, additional trash pickups. These are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the following required services.

The guest will be contacted for payment as follows:
$99 (one mid-stay cleaning for stays of 14-30 days, OR a no-cost Safety Check )
$99 (mid-stay cleaning for 30+ days required every 14 days each at $99, OR no-cost Safety Check)

What to be aware of:

- No Parties. No Smoking. No Pets. Fines apply.
- Quiet Time 9 p.m.
- Stairs down to master suite inside this condo.

- Guest buys own soaps/paper items when provided starter kit items are depleted.
- No reserved parking. Parking space may not be right in front of your condo.
- BEARS in the area - secure trash, lock doors and windows when leaving.
- Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line.
- Snow removal by HOA. Private entryways will be serviced at 4 inches of new snow by our team. We are not responsible for other areas or roads at or leading to Marys Lake Condominiums.

"Such a great location to be. Mary's Lake is perfect...less than a 10min drive into Estes but seems so remote when you're there. Absolutely beautiful scenery. The condo is great and had everything we needed. Clean and decorated very nicely too. We had an issue with out hot tub the first night and it was fixed within a couple hours. Couldn't ask for better service or a nicer place. Will definetely come back!"

"My wife and two teenage daughters spent 5 days at this beautiful place and it was just the right size for our needs. Spacious living room and kitchen were perfect for our getaway. The master suite on the bottom level was large and had great access to a hot tub right out the door. The views were amazing and the access to both downtown Estes Park and the park itself were excellent! Would definitely stay here again."

"This was a surprisingly nice unit that exceeded our expectations. It was a great location. The communication by SkyRun was excellent from beginning to end. The unit was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Every light switch was marked, a very good thing for unknowing renters. We would not hesitate to stay there again. "We had an amazing stay at Jackstraw Mountain. The condo was absolutely beautiful with wonderful views from the expansive windows. Everything was perfectly in order when we arrived. Check in and check out were extremely easy. The location was perfect as well--we were just minutes away from Rocky Mountain National Park, as well as from fun downtown Estes Park. We regularly saw elk grazing right in front of our condo. Not a single complaint here--hope to stay here again when we come back. Thanks for an amazing experience!"
