Hallett Peak 101 is a rustic 2BR/2BA condo with views of Mary's Lake and the Rocky Mountains. The open-concept living, dining and kitchen areas allow for easy family time, featuring full-size appliances, comfy couches, a fireplace and a flat-screen TV. The living area also cleverly conceals a queen-size Murphy bed.

The laundry room is conveniently located in a closet off the kitchen. The guest bedroom features a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private full bath. The master bedroom offers a king bed, flat-screen TV, and its own private full bath with a jetted tub and shower combo. Please note both beds are tall beds.

Accommodating up to six people, Hallett Peak 101 is the perfect mountain home away from home. Book your stay today!

The HOA-managed outdoor community pool, hot tub and fire pit are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day at the sole discretion of the Marys Lake Condominiums HOA. The community hot tub may be open for a longer period of time at the discretion of the HOA. These community facilities are managed by the HOA of Marys Lake Condominiums. Guests are welcome to use these community facilities, but the status of these facilities is not part of any guest reservation. As such, full or partial refunds are not subject to the status of the community pool, hot tub or fire pit.

Management provides a starter kit of toiletries, paper products (toilet paper/paper towels) and garbage bags. This kit includes sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, laundry detergent and dishwashing soap. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products beyond this starter kit.




Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, additional trash pickups and hot tub services. These are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the following required services.



Long-term reservations of 14+ days require the guest to be contacted for payment as follows:
$75 (one mid-stay cleaning for stays of 14-30 days, OR a Safety Check at no charge to the guest)
$75 (mid-stay cleaning for 30+ days required every 14 days each at $75, OR no-cost Safety Check)
$10 (trash pickup required every 14 days, $10 each)






What to be aware of:

- No Parties. No Smoking. No Pets. Fines apply.
- No reserved parking. Parking space may not be right in front of your condo.
- NO Central A/C - window A/C unit 
- Car required in Estes Park

- Quiet Time 9 p.m.
- Guest buys own soaps/paper items when provided starter kit items are depleted.
- Beds are high off the floor.
- BEARS in the area - secure trash, lock doors and windows when leaving.
- Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line.
- Snow removal by HOA. Private entryways will be serviced at 4 inches of new snow by our team. We are not responsible for other areas or roads at or leading to Marys Lake Condominiums.

"We stayed in this condo in late October 2021. It was cozy and comfortable for our 2 exchange students and ourselves. It was warm and we had to open the front door and windows. There were adequate towels and washcloths. There was no hand soap and only 1 small bag of laundry soap for us to use. Plenty of dishwasher soap to do dishes 1 or 2 times a day. Lots of coffee pots and a kurig which we did not use so stored away while there. Pots and pans were adequate. Toaster oven, microwave and toaster too! Nothing in fridge to use so purchased out own ketchup we had to leave as our girls love ketchup on food. Beds comfy and as noted in description, the beds are high, especially in the room without access to the balcony. Comfortable in living room. A light above kitchen sink was out and didn't notice until last day. Plenty of blankets and extra bath towels. We like to stay in different places so probably would try another place to check out. It was good for this trip. Thank you."

"We very much enjoyed our stay. Clean, plenty of room, two bathrooms, good location A quick response to our issue with torn sheets All these made our stay really good. Some thoughts that might improve the condo One of the beds was extremely tall which worked out because one couple could handle it easily. However, the other couple simply could have never gotten I or out of that bed safely. Window would not lock and bathroom door did not shut completely..both due to settling of the property"
