Welcome to Solitude Cabins, a serene vacation rental nestled in the heart of Colorado's Rocky Mountains in Estes Park. Situated on a vast nine-acre property adorned with beautiful majestic trees, this cabinesque condo offers a truly tranquil and private retreat for nature enthusiasts and relaxtion seekers. Guests can easily explore the beauty of the area, indulge in various outdoor activities, or simply bask in the serenity of the ambiance.

As you step inside the condo, the living area features a gas fireplace, perfect for cozy evenings spent snuggled up with a book or enjoying the company of loved ones. The deck offers a charming outdoor space where you can savor your morning coffee while immersing yourself in the breathtaking mountain views.

The condo has two bedrooms, each with a king size bed, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living area, providing space for up to six guests to unwind after a day of exploration.

For those seeking relaxation, a shared hot tub is available on the property. Soothe your muscles as you soak in the warm waters, surrounded by the natural beauty of the Rocky Mountains. Additionally, Solitude Cabins offers a gathering place that can accommodate up to 40 people. Whether you are planning a special event, a family reunion, or a corporate retreat, this venue provides the ideal setting for memorable gatherings. Be sure to check for availability and make the necessary arrangements in advance.

Management provides a starter kit of toiletries, paper products (toilet paper/paper towels) and garbage bags. This kit includes sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, laundry detergent and dishwashing soap. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products beyond this starter kit.

Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay cleans, additional trash pickup services. These are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the following required services. Mid-stay cleans include floors, countertop and furniture surfaces, & bathrooms.

The guest will be contacted for payment as follows:
$75 (one mid-stay cleaning for stays of 14-30 days)
$15 (trash pickup required every 14 days, $10 each)

What to be aware of:

- No A/C
- Condo has 1 flight of inside stairs, with 14 steps.
- No Parties. No Smoking. No Pets-Fines apply.
- Shared Hot Tub-children under 12 are not allowed to use the hot tub, ages 12-18 must be with an adult.
- Quiet Time 9pm.
- Guest buys own soaps/paper items when provided starter kit items are depleted.
- 1 unassigned parking spot.
- No reserved parking. Parking space may not be right in front of your condo.
- BEARS in the area - secure trash, lock doors and windows when leaving.
- Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line.
- Snow removal by HOA. Private entryways will be serviced at 4 inches of new snow by our team.

"Bobcat 7 at Solitude Cabins was a lovely, quiet, cabin that was cozy but plenty roomy enough for us and our adult daughter. The kitchen was well stocked, and unit very clean upon arrival. SkyRun was very professional and easy to work with. We had stayed at this property when it was managed by another company, but were definitely not disappointed by our stay this trip. We will certainly stay here again and definitely use SkyRun for future reservations.. Thank you."

"This was a perfect property for our family of four during our vacation to RMNP. It was very clean and comfortable. It felt like home. The small details left to create a great stay were noticeable and appreciated. Our children loved having their own room upstairs with a bathroom. We loved relaxing on the deck with a view of the mountains. It was close to town but outside the hustle and bustle. Very quiet! The check in and check out experience was seamless. No issues during our stay. We would definitely return."
