Step into MacGregor Mountain 27C, a cozy one bedroom condo with spectacular views of Marys Lake and the surrounding mountains. Awake each day and savor a cup of coffee in the beautiful morning light. Take a stroll to serene Marys Lake for fishing or skipping rocks. After a long day of activities in Rocky Mountain National Park, curl up and enjoy the warmth of an intimate gas fireplace. The efficiency-style kitchen is well equipped for preparing simple meals. At the end of the day enjoy a hot cup of cocoa on your deck while taking in the brilliant night skies.

From the parking lot, walk up the flight of stairs to the deck and private hot tub. Enter into the open living area where you'll notice the Queen sleeper sofa and flat screen TV. The efficient kitchen is perfect for easy meal preparation. A short trip down the hall takes you to the bathroom with tub/shower combo and two sinks. Step back into the hall and discover the Master bedroom. This Master bedroom features a King size bed, flat screen TV and fireplace.

MacGregor Mountain 27C will keep you warm and cozy in the winter and cool and comfortable in the summer with Central Air Conditioning. This lovely condo accommodates up to 4 people and will be your perfect mountain home away from home!

The HOA-managed outdoor community pool, hot tub and fire pit are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day at the sole discretion of the Marys Lake Condominiums HOA. The community hot tub may be open for a longer period of time at the discretion of the HOA. These community facilities are managed by the HOA of Marys Lake Condominiums, NOT by SkyRun. SkyRun guests are welcome to use these community facilities, but the status of these facilities is not part of any guest reservation. As such, full or partial refunds are not subject to the status of the community pool, hot tub or fire pit.

SkyRun provides a starter kit of toiletries, paper products (toilet paper/paper towels) and garbage bags. This kit includes sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, and dishwashing soap. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products beyond this starter kit.

Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, additional trash pickups and hot tub services. These are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the following required services.

- Mid-stay cleans include floors, countertop and furniture surfaces, & bathrooms

The guest will be contacted for payment as follows:
$75 (one mid-stay cleaning for stays of 14-30 days
$75 (mid-stay cleaning for 30+ days required every 14 days each at $75)
$10 (trash pickup required every 14 days, $10 each)
$30 (hot tub services for reservations 14+ days, required every 7 days at $30 each)

- No reserved parking. Parking space may not be right in front of your condo.
- BEARS in the area - secure trash, lock doors and windows when leaving.
- Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line.
- Snow removal by HOA. Private entryways will be serviced at 4 inches of new snow by our team. We are not responsible for other areas or roads at or leading to Marys Lake Condominiums.

"Pros: - Location. It's just a few minutes outside of town, and a very short drive to most of the hiking areas in Rocky Mtn National Park. Most park entrances are ~15 minutes away. Lily Mountain trailhead was like 5 minutes. - Overall, well-maintained and pretty comfortable. Bed was comfortable; bathroom very spacious; combined kitchen/living room adequate for two. (Sleeping 4 here would be challenging.) Cons: - The "compact" refrigerator is a dorm-sized fridge. It is really tiny. Overall, they would have done better to get a larger (even if "small") fridge and skip the dishwasher. We managed, but it was tricky. - No privacy. Take the photo of the "cozy kitchen/dining room" area. You see that big window, with the staircase just beyond it? That staircase is used by the adjoining units as well (it comes up from the parking lot). And every time someone in one of the adjoining units is coming up that staircase, or stepping outside their door for any reason, they are looking right into 27C -- if you're eating, you're right at the window, and if you're sitting on the couch, you're only about 10 feet away, with perfect visibility day or night. It got weird; we ended up closing the blinds 24/7 (as did the neighbors). The hot tub, by the way, is on that shared front deck; it's about 8 feet away from either of the adjoining units on either side. So it's like using the hot tub on someone else's front porch. In the bedroom photo, see how the blinds are closed? The bedroom window opens onto a below-ground "well" and about 4 feet to the right of the window is a neighbor's bedroom window. So we kept that closed 24/7 as well. - The complex does have a swimming pool, but it's a bit of a walk to get there and it has no bathroom. So it was a little weird. - Minor issue: TV in living room was stuck on MTV; we could not figure out how to change it despite trying on both remotes. We gave up after a while. Overall, we'd stay here again -- the location just can't be beat, and once you get over the privacy issue, it's comfortable inside."
