Teepee Mountain 12A is a cozy 2BR/2BA condo with spectacular views of the Rocky Mountains. Just a stone's throw away from Marys Lake, it's a quick walk down to the shore for fishing or skipping rocks.

The open living area features a queen sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, flat-screen TV and beautiful mountain views. The kitchen is well-equipped with full-size appliances, a dining table that can seat four and everything needed for quick and easy meal prep. The stacked washer and dryer are located in a closet off of the kitchen.

The guest bedroom features a queen bed, a flat-screen TV and a jack-and-jill bathroom. The master suite offers a king bed, another flat-screen TV and a private full bathroom with a spacious shower and two sinks.

Enjoy more mountain views from the deck. This condo is the perfect mountain home away from home!

The HOA-managed outdoor community pool, hot tub and fire pit are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day at the sole discretion of the Marys Lake Condominiums HOA. The community hot tub may be open for a longer period of time at the discretion of the HOA. These community facilities are managed by the HOA of Marys Lake Condominiums. Guests are welcome to use these community facilities, but the status of these facilities is not part of any guest reservation. As such, full or partial refunds are not subject to the status of the community pool, hot tub or fire pit.

Management provides a starter kit of toiletries, paper products (toilet paper/paper towels) and garbage bags. This kit includes sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, laundry detergent and dishwashing soap. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products beyond this starter kit.

Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, additional trash pickups and hot tub services. These are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the following required services.

The guest will be contacted for payment as follows:
$75 (one mid-stay cleaning for stays of 14-30 days, OR a Safety Check at no charge to the guest)
$75 (mid-stay cleaning for 30+ days required every 14 days each at $75, OR no-cost Safety Check)
$10 (trash pickup required every 14 days, $10 each)

- Quiet Time 9 p.m.

- Possible stairs outside to this condo.
- Guest buys own soaps/paper items when provided starter kit items are depleted.
- No reserved parking. Parking space may not be right in front of your condo.
- BEARS in the area - secure trash, lock doors and windows when leaving.
- Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line.
- Snow removal by HOA. Private entryways will be serviced at 4 inches of new snow by our team. We are not responsible for other areas or roads at or leading to Marys Lake Condominiums.

"Wonderful location that is close to town and easy to get to Rocky Mountain National Park. But the best part was the view from the back deck. The first morning from the back deck we watched the sun rise over the panoramic view of the mountains with a herd of elk grazing in the field across the way. It was spectacular! We'll be back again!"

"Teepee Mountain 12a was perfect for our family of 4! The room was exceptionally clean, kitchen had all the essentials and the view was spectacular. Really started to feel like home after a few days. The only thing I would recommend are the addition of blackout shades in the king bedroom similar to what is in the Queen bedroom, TV that is a little easier to work with (it took us awhile to figure out how to play movies with the combo of three remotes) perhaps an upgrade to the coffee maker (we could not get a decent brew our entire stay, but more of a reason to check out the local coffee spots) and maybe a deep carpet clean, you can see the high traffic areas but absolutely not a deal breaker. And completely unrelated to the room, the community pool and hot tub could use some some attention. Our kids complained of a strong smell and we maybe spent 15 minutes there before they could no longer take it. Lots of peeling paint and cracks everywhere, just a good face lift would really make a world of difference. We spent the last part of our trip at Great Wolf Lodge so the pool was not central to this part of our stay, but it was something we tried to incorporate for our kids (8 and 5). Overall our stay was wonderful and we would book again in a heartbeat!"

"This condo was perfect for us! Great location, Super easy to walk to from parking lot without any stairs, beautiful views and all amenities we needed. It was very convenient having a washer/dryer in the condo as well! Would highly recommend this property and definitely would stay here again!"

"The condo was spotless and well equipped. Location was close to the Park and easy to find. Views from the living room were fantastic. Beds were comfortable. Master bathroom was small but ok. Bedroom windows open to the parking lot so has to keep shades closed the entire time. Overall it was a great place and I would return."
