This 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom, 2,000 square feet, luxury condo (Unit 3H) is all about it's exceptional location as it is located in heart of Durango's tourist district. Walk to all the downtown area restaurants, shops and entertainment. There are six restaurants alone on the building's block.

The condo is also one block from the Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad Depot and Durango's downtown movie theater. Lifestyle in this condo is like staying at a luxury resort with dining and entertainment options adjacent and of the highest quality.

The building has electronic security and elevator access to all levels with secure, fully-enclosed underground parking for two vehicles.

Bed Configuration:
Master - King with TV and Ensuite Bath (main level)
2nd Bedroom - Queen with TV (main level)
3rd Bedroom - Bunk Beds (Single over Double) and Twin with TV (main level)

Please note, due to HOA regulations, this unit, and all of the units in the Mears Building, are NOT pet friendly.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

"Great location in Durango -- close to train station, many restaurants, and the Main Street. Condo had very nice layout, furnishings, and facilities, and was clean and well-maintained. Deck is small but shaded from hot afternoon sun. We had 6 adults staying, which is probably unusual, but 2 of the adults were there alone and shared what appears to be a kids room. Beds there were a bit uncomfortable for the adults but likely fine for kids. Amenities were generally good. Great customer service - VRC management was responsive and very nice to work with. Would especially recommend to families or 2 couples."

"The property was as described, easy to access, great location/proximity to downtown and clean. With the three bedrooms, there was plenty of space for our family to spread out. There is also lots of natural light. The kitchen had everything we needed. Parking in the garage during winter was a bonus. Only minor negative, the primary bedroom backs to an alley and a couple nights you could hear live music spilling from a bar/restaurant, but some earplugs alleviated that problem (one night the music stopped around 10: 30pm). Would still definitely recommend the property."

"This is a great condo. I'd stay there again. We did have some issues when the elevator stopped working and we got stuck in it for 45 minutes and had to wait for the Durango Fire Department to come get us out. Also, the Train whistle woke me up each morning and occasionally at night too. When we first arrived it was tough to find all of the various codes we needed to get in, 1 to enter the building, a different one to enter the elevator, and a third code for the door to the condo. But, once we did it a few times it was great. I loved being able to walk to Horse Gulch, City Market, Buckley Park, Durango Coffee, Bread Cafe, the river, and all the other great spots Downtown Durango has to offer!"

"Great lay out and plenty of space. It was clean and had everything you needed in the kitchen. It is so close to ALL the restaurants and activities and grocery store. You could walk to everything. Very secure building that required passcode to enter, get to your floor and to open the parking garage. Our coffee pot was broken on arrival and within hours the management brought a brand new one. They were very responsive to emails...even late at night. I was impressed.
We would stay again."

"The size and floor plan, furnishings and security was the best. The location was over the top for us particularly! We didn't need two car rentals which was wonderful. Garage parking was of great value. We didn't see the garage remote or bother to ask for it. I think we lost that page of our instructions:) the only contact with management that we had was on the front end with reservations and they were most helpful!"

"This apartment is as close to perfect as you can get. Big, clean, well-situated. We had five adults and a kid staying here and we had plenty of space. Great balcony and right near everything you need in Durango. Parking spots were a bonus. Dealing with the managers of the place was so easy and they are super responsive and helpful.

These guys are professionals, and you can tell. REALLY GREAT PLACE!"

"Location was great for downtown walking, it was so close to town that you could hear all the trains that came in/out of town. Unit is directly above a Bar so Friday and Saturday nights were quite loud even with doors and windows shut until midnight or a little later. We were missing paper towels and needed to purchase more of paper good items during our 4 night stay. It seemed as if the house wasn't properly cleaned after the previous tenants...dishes were left in dishwasher and 2 of the beds had their sheets pushed down as if they weren't washed. We also have 3 young children 2 of which that don't walk so they got quite dirty from crawling on the dirty floors."

"Great location / condo. Only drawbacks are the 2 bathrooms for 5 beds. Could theoretically fit 7 people, but would get pretty crowded after 4 or 5 adults. In the morning, the two bedrooms on the street side are loud and bright. Overall, great experience though... and the location to town makes it worth it."

"We have been blessed to be able to stay here for the past month. The Condo is on the 3rd floor with beautiful views, very quite and spacious, fully stocked with everything you may need to make wonderful meals. The leather furniture and the beds are so comfortable! And of course being just steps away from Main Street where you will find all of the restaurants, lounges, shops and culture of the town, makes it the perfect location! The property manager Keith is fantastic, he is very responsive to any of your needs. Thanks Keith for all you did for us during our stay!"

"This condo located in the heart of down town, it's perfect for any length of stay! You can walk to anywhere in town within steps of the entrance. The Condo is beautiful and extremely well equipped with nothing to spare. Quite, Beautiful Views and the property manager Keith is excellent! You will never have to wait on a call back for any reason. He is truly here to help you with any portion of your stay. We've been to Durango many times, and this is by far the best place we have ever stayed. It's Perfect!"
