Description

This pet friendly stand-alone home boasts five bedrooms and three bathrooms, accommodating up to 12 guests comfortably. With three king beds, a queen bed, two twin beds, and a sleeper sofa, everyone will have a cozy place to rest. This vacation rental features two spacious living areas, providing ample gathering space for everyone. Additionally, there are two patios and two decks that overlook the oversized backyard, offering stunning views of Mt. Buffalo and The 10-Mile Range.

Conveniently located just steps away from downtown Dillon, this house is in close proximity to the Dillon amphitheater and Dillon Marina. The sunny main level welcomes you with an open floor plan, including a fully-stocked and updated kitchen, a living area with a flat-screen Smart TV, and a dining space that seats six. If additional seating is needed, the breakfast bar accommodates four more guests. You can bask in the sun streaming through the wall of windows or relax with a book as you watch the snow fall. Access to the private decks, patios, and yard is available from the living room, dining area, or beyond the kitchen. The dining room deck also features a private gas grill.

Just off the main level living area, you'll find the primary bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a guest bedroom, and a guest bathroom. The primary bedroom offers a king-sized bed, a mounted flat-screen TV, beautiful mountain views, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom includes a king bed, dresser, and an armchair. The main level bathroom features a large walk-in shower and an updated vanity. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

On the lower level, there is an additional living area, three more bedrooms, a laundry room, and another bathroom. The cozy living area provides a sectional couch with a sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV, a pool table, and a wide selection of board games. Just beyond the game table, one guest bedroom offers a king-sized bed, while the adjacent bedroom features a queen bed and a dresser. The third bedroom downstairs has two twin beds and a dresser. The shared bathroom on the lower level is equipped with a shower/tub combination. For added convenience, we provide an initial supply of laundry detergent in the laundry room.

You can enjoy the large yard and ample grassy space, all while taking in the breathtaking views of Mt. Buffalo.

"The house itself suited our needs, but the house needs some TLC. Small things really would make the house much more presentable. It was large inside with multiple living areas, a good enough size kitchen and outdoor space. It needs a good cleaning and some handy man fixing., and the couch updated downstairs. Overall it suited our needs though. Booking through a management company involves a lot of paperwork, unlike booking just through Vrbo. Lots of back and forth, and tons of papers to sign that you don’t really expect booking through Vrbo. Also the security system outside seems a little invasive of your privacy. I’d only recommend this to a friend if the necessary updates are done."

"House was great with 2 floors and basically 2 family rooms it worked well for larger families. I felt the downstairs bathroom (used by 3 bedrooms) could have been much larger, but functionally everything worked fine. The parking was very nice as it has a long driveway for numerous cars with no problem"

"This property was fantastic! The pictures and the description were accurate and the home was everything we expected. The home was clean and the furniture was qood quality and in great shape. The open plan living area was a perfect place to gather for meals or just hanging out. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were newly renovated. The home is located next door to the Summit County Museum. We were able to take a tour and speak with the historian who filled us in on the history of the building. Really cool! We were there at a perfect time of year so we were able to spend a lot of time outdoors as well. The property was beyond our expectations. There was a fenced area with native rocks and plants that were in full bloom. There was also an additional huge grassy yard area that included a horseshoe pit! My friend brought her dog along and let's just say Roscoe was in heaven. There was plenty of parking as well. We were able to park two vehicles, but it would easily hold at least 2 more. My friends and I rented the home so we would be near the Dillon Amphitheater. We were able to walk to and from the concert. I can't say enough about our experience. We will be back! &xD83D;&xDE03;"

"This place was absolutely perfect for an extended family get together. We’d walk to the lake and then Pug Ryan’s for a beer and food. We got some good use out of their pool table and dart board during the evenings. Plenty of space to spread out and a U couch in the living room big enough to hold us all for a movie. Plenty of dishes and cooking utensils for the big meals. My whole family loved the place. Will definitely be renting this place again!"

"My family of 7 adults, 3 kids and dog stayed at this wonderful home. The location was spectacular and our main reason for booking this home. Walking distance to the marina, restaurants, park and amphitheater. The house was plenty big for us all. We loved there was two separate living areas. Downstairs ended up being the play area and upstairs was the quiet tv space.
Scrappy’s Pizza was absolutely delicious and we enjoyed our morning coffee from True Blue. We had the necessities we needed at this location and it was nice and clean. The descriptors were accurate. The only issues we had was the basement ceiling was rather low. So some of our taller family had to be aware of hitting the ceiling. The couch in the basement was peeling a bit, so be sure the kids weren’t eating those flakes. It also poured rain while we were there, causing the basement ceiling to leak. Overall, our stay was great and we would recommend this place to anyone visiting Dillon. Thanks for opening up your home and allowing us to make lifelong memories as a family."
