This brand new, "Smart" 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 6 across a king bed, queen bed, and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. This condo is located in the new Sail Loft's building and features a balcony with ample seating to enjoy the beautiful mountain views and a private grill. Sail Loft's location puts guests just minutes from multiple world-class ski resorts. Guests can also walk to nearby restaurants, Dillon Marina or take advantage of the bike paths. The free Summit Stage has multiple stops nearby that runs to Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge and Copper Mountain so you can hit the slopes in no time.

Upon entry guests will find themselves in the open concept kitchen, dining, and living area. This "smart" condo is powered by Alexa, turn lights and ceiling fans on/off with ease. The full-size luxury kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to enjoy a home cooked meal. It also features stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, pantry, and an oversized refrigerator/freezer. Additionally this kitchen includes household favorites that include a crockpot, blender, food processor, and more! Enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony, this unit is stocked with a Keurig and a drip coffee maker+coffee. The dining area seats four and there is also additional seating for three located at the breakfast bar.

The living area offers gorgeous views of mountains and cozy furnishings. Warm up by the stacked stone fireplace and watch a movie, as the snow falls, on the mounted Smart TV with Xfinity streaming and sound bar. There is plenty of room for the whole family to spread out and the couch is equipped with a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping arrangements. Additional sheets and blankets are stored in the closet. The balcony, located behind the living area, offers outdoor seating, a private grill, and sweeping mountain views.

The master suite is just off the living area and features a king-sized bed, ceiling fan, and ample storage. Enjoy mountain views from the sitting nook by the window. The en suite bathroom features a double sink vanity with granite countertops and a walk-in shower. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The guest bedroom is off the dining area and features a queen-sized bed. The guest bedroom also offers a sitting nook by the window, ceiling fan, and ample storage. The guest bathroom is just off the dining area. It has a single sink vanity with granite countertops and a shower/tub combination. Near the entryway is the private washer and dryer, and detergent is provided for your convenience.

Guests of Sail Lofts can park two cars on site, one car inside the heated garage and a second in the open parking lot. A third car can be parked in the Town of Dillon parking areas when available. There is also a storage closet for storing gear and elevator for guest use to access this rental.

"This condo has everything! The views, the amenities, and a great location. Nothing is perfect though; beware of the downstairs neighbor who harassed us the first night we came in and the humidifiers provided in the condo are moldy. Don’t let that stop you though. This condo has great perks with a city park nearby and great restaurants within walking distance, as well as being a central location to the best skiing locations like Copper Mountain, Vail, and Breckenridge. The arrival and departure instructions are clear and easy to understand. The parking garage is great and so helpful. We also appreciated the provided sleds in the storage room! We had a blast on this trip."

"We had a great stay at the Sail Lofts! My one caveat would be to get cotton sheets. I know that sounds picky, but micro fiber sheets are hot and they don’t stay on the bed.
Everything else was spot on!"

I couldn't say enough good things about this rental. I would give 10 stars if possible. Everything was just as described and check in and
communication was a breeze. If I had to pick one thing that I would change it would be master bed mattress (very soft) but that's only because I prefer a firm mattress. We will be booking again!"

"Everything is awesome in the rental - the condo is in great location, clean and luxurious and equipped with everything you need. The one hiccup was that the tv was not working. We texted the PM on day 1 and they kept saying they will send someone to take a look but no one showed up during our entire 3-day stay. While we don’t really need the tv because of the activities you can do in the mountain, we would still appreciate the problem to be resolved."

"Sail Lofts 307 was perfect for our group! Having two bedrooms and two bathrooms was perfect for two couples to get ready for each day. We chose to stay in Dillon because it’s the perfect central area for our visit. We skied in Keystone, saw the ice sculptures in Breckenridge, did some axe throwing in Frisco, and dined at Dillon Dam Brewery. This place is very clean and looked just like the pictures. The information provided for our arrival, stay and departure was super organized and easy to navigate. No issues with contacting management. You can even communicate through text. Will definitely be booking again!"

"This is a great place to stay! New and sparkling. Well appointed, nice furnishings. Everything we needed in the kitchen. The heated garage, elevator, and step in shower are great, and not easily found in many mountain rentals. Convenient, but not in the craziness of some areas on the mountain. There is a locked storage room right in front of the garage parking space. The view is nice, you can see the mountains in the distance and are not looking directly into another condo, as is the case with many rentals. I would love to come back and highly recommend."

"This is a great property. It is very new and laid out in a great way.

Two downside are 1) the bed in the main bedroom was extremely soft, and 2) you have to get out of the car, enter a code to get in the garage and then open from inside.

This issue is not related to the condo itself but the management company. We did have some issues with access as the code did not come in out email instructions and when we called were told, well look at the email - yes I know and I did otherwise I wouldn't have called. Sometimes I don't think all online information is the best. It is nice sometimes to have something to look at in the condo about instructions like where the garbage is located in the garage without having to search through emails. It is also extremely irritating when cleaning fees make up more than half the rental amount that guests have to do the garbage run.

Location is great with an easy walk to downtown Dillon and the lake and a quick drive to Silverthorne and Keystone.

We would definitely rent this one again!"
