The first of two full bathrooms is just off of the living area and has a pedestal sink and shower/tub combination. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and a mounted flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, a shower/tub combination and a door separates the toilet area for added privacy. The guest bedroom has a twin-over-queen bunk bed and a flat screen TV.

"Condo was very clean. It was conveniently on the first floor, and was the first room from the lobby where there was a pool table and foosball table. Plenty of useful hooks and shelves near the entrance for our coats and other items. The bed, towels, dishes and other amenities were good quality. Check-in was easy, although it was in a different building down the road. The location is a quick walk to the gondola."

"Overall we really enjoyed our time at this condo! It was clean, pretty well equipped and comfortable. We have a 9 month old daughter and the layout worked really well to let her crawl around and not be worried.

We were disappointed that the nearby construction blocked the path over to the gondola/river run village. The pool was open, but the heating mechanism was broken so we were unable to use it. These two features had originally drawn us to the property, so it was unfortunate that they weren’t what we we’re expecting.

Overall, we had a great stay and would come back in a heartbeat!"

"This was the second summer in Keystone for us. This property was our choice because it was on the ground floor with a walkout right to real grass and trees. The property description was accurate. The property was clean and when we needed help the company was quick to help. The property was quiet and the pool was enjoyed by the grandkids. The common area was good but very dark at night. (To the management only---there was supposed to be general things such as coffee and filters. There were none. There was no vacuum to keep the floor clean. There was salt and pepper. The place we stayed in last year was fully equipped for baking. The bedding was great. We enjoyed our stay a lot.) "

"This was a great little place for a weekend getaway. It was a short walk from the village center. Access to other resort towns was easy and yet it was nice to not be right on the major highways through Summit County. Home was clean and welcoming, kids loved it. "Property location relative to lifts was convenient, however the its proximity to the main level lobby area/game area made our experience poor. With guests of the Red Hawk lodge congregating in the area until late at night the noise was distributing. One evening at approx. 12: 30am we finally went out and asked people to be quiet. Additionally the guest bath tub was not draining, we called for maintenance which was never responded to so we ended up only using one shower/tub during our stay. This was our second time renting through Summit County Mountain Retreats and I have to say this experience compared to our first was a let down."

"The place was in a very good location with a good view of the mountain. The room is listed sleeps 6 but is way to small for 6 people. The bedroom are nice but absolutely no dressers to unpack any of your cloths. They have two very small closets to hang up a few thing but only had 5 hanger in each closet. Plus they had paint cans stored in them which took up the little space we had. So everyone live out of our suitcase. The Tv in the living room was broke and put into one of the bedrooms closet and replaced with a very small Tv with very bad reception. The pool and hot tubs has nice view of the mountain but one of the two hot tubs was not working and the other one was always full. Only 6 people per hot tub. The common area is very nice and right next to the room that helped with the small space a little but there was a group of people that took over the area hooking up Xbox to the Tv for each night and played until midnight. The pool table is very nice but was missing a few balls each night but was their in the morning. So I think the people that was playing Xbox took a few of the pool ball and put them back when they were done using the common area."

Unfortunately, the master mattress was horrible. There were huge dips on both sides. I was very disappointed and couldn't believe it! Because we were only there for Saturday really, (check in at 4 on Fri. and leave by 10 on Sun.) they didn't have time to get one for us. Although they were prompt in their email response. "Room 2212 was nice. We traveled with 2 other couples. The location was excellent as it was a quick walk to the gondola and village. Parking was in a heated garage which was convenient. However, there were some things that could be improved. BATHROOM: 1) Mold on bathroom curtain. This should be replaced and the cleaning staff must more diligent about checking this. 2) The toilet in the guest bathroom did not flush properly. You had to hold down the handle to get it to fully flush. 3) The tub drain was clogged. Again something that needs to be checked often. COUCH: This place is great for two couples. But if you're the third couple, the pull out couch is very uncomfortable. COMMON SPACES: 1) There were many kids at this resort and there was constant running up and down the halls and noise during after hours in the entertainment room. Our room was on the first floor and right around the corner so we heard all of it. 2) The foosball table quarter slots did not function properly and took 2 dollars from us. We love foosball but weren't able to play."

"Great location. Comfortable beds. Seating was minimal. There was no space in the kitchen to store food, except in fridge. Kitchen counter space was a bit tight. Very nice common area with pool table. Nice view of ski slope. Warm spacious garage."

"This is probably the best location in red hawk. It is closest to the ski lockers, elevator to garage, and the entrance. 2 min walk to bars and the River run gondola. Will stay again very clean. Thanks."

"Please update your humidifiers for each room. And a vacuum would have been great to have around. A luggage holder for each room would have been awesome. Thank you for the stay."

"The Property management had to move us from our first location due to issues with the heating and I was worried because Red Hawk was a smaller unit. The place was small in size for my family but we still had a great time..
Any time is a great time in Keystone."

"Was there for a wedding. Close to activities in the plaza, ski hill, main roads to where ever you want to go. Parking under building was kind of close but manageable. Would be great to come again either in winter to ski or summer to fish, bike, hike etc."

"The pool was out of commission for a couple of days. Bed linens didn't fit bed, they kept falling off or coming up. The sprinklers coming on 3 time a night were a little disruptive, especially since we had the windows open for the cool air."

"The location of the property is wonderful! Overall the condition of the condo was good. We could not get all the tv channels to work on the living room tv, and this was very disappointing. In addition, mattresses on beds and pull out couch were very uncomfortable and soft. Also need to include an iron and ironing board in the unit."

"Had a great vacation in Red Hawk Lodge 2212.
The unit is convenient for skiing--close to the gondola on the first floor. The unit has great view of the mountain and is nicely decorated."

"The room is in a great location, was very comfortable, spacious, and nice. Unfortunately, there were a few problems that made our stay a little less enjoyable. First, when we arrived, we found the room had not been completely cleaned. There were used towels on the floor and hanging up, one of the toilets was not flushed, and there were m&ms on the floor. I am assuming the previous tenant paid the same cleaning fee I did, so this was surprising and disappointing to see. Second, one of the hot tubs in the building was not working and the other hot tub was always too crowded to ever be used. A hut tub is usually one of the highlights of a ski resort trip and we were disappointed to not be able to use it during our stay. Finally, it sounded like there was construction (or at hamering) going on in the room above us into the late hours of the night. This cost us a lot of sleep. It was a very pleasant room and perhaps we just had poor timing, but our stay was not a good one. Next time I will just pay extra and stay in a room managed by Keystone itself."

"Nice condo. Exactly what it looked like online. A good deal. But don't count on the sleeper sofa. The mattress was all springs, really unbelievable and unsleepable. Our son had to sleep on the floor instead since it was just hard, not jabbing like the fold out mattress."

"The building location give very easy access to the main gondola in Keystone, just a tiny walk away. Unit 2212 has a back porch sliding door facing the mountain, you can walk straight in and out from skiing or the village shops.
Having no cleaning service was a bit of a drag. After several days with multiple adults and kids, I would have killed for a vacuum cleaner.
Also, the pool/hot tubs are adequate, but nothing fancy.
No serious complaints, it was a great unit and made for an excellent vacation."

"We were very pleased with Red Hawk Lodge. The condo was a good size and very clean. The staff was super helpful whenever we needed something. Kate at the office was very pleasent to work with. The 3 minute walk across the parking lot to the ticket office and gondola was also great. Will definitely stay agi next time we head out to Keystone!"
