Welcome home to this beautiful one bedroom waterfront condo on the ground floor in Downtown Dillon. Walk to Downtown easily including the popular Arapahoe Cafe right across the street from the condo. Gorgeous lake views from the private patio as well!

This lovely 1 bedroom / 1 bath condo has many amenities and is just steps from Lake Dillon. The condo is located on the ground floor and conveniently located to all that the High Country has to offer and is within walking distance to many area restaurants, bars, and shops. The condo also just steps away from the long rec path, the popular Tiki Bar, a large playground, and the newly renovated amphitheater at the Dillon Marina. There is a free shuttle bus stop nearby that will take you to many Summit County destinations including Arapahoe Basin, Keystone, Breckenridge, and Copper Mountain resorts.

The condo features a fully stocked kitchen and a lovely dining table that seats 6. The condo features many amenities including a beautifully updated gas fireplace, large HD TV, comfortable & beautiful living room furniture, complimentary wi-fi, and much more. The bedroom features a king bed and the living room has a queen murphy bed. There is also a washer/dryer in the condo and a private deck with a BBQ and stunning lake views.

After a long day of adventure, nothing beats coming back to your condo and being able to relax in front of the wood burning fireplace. You can also enjoy the stunning views from the living room while relaxing and sipping on a hot cup of cocoa. Or want to relax in a hot tub instead? Temperatures rarely crest 75 degrees and always cool off dramatically once the sun sets. No refunds are provided due to lack hot tubs. THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All SkyRun properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 2-3 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.PARKING: Parking at all properties is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. WARNING: 4WD or AWD vehicles required in the winter, snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roads - no refunds for towing or cars that get stuck. Some homes require 4WD or AWD in the non-winter months due to dirt roads, and uneven surfaces - call for more information about your rental.COLORADO TRACTION LAW: Starting Sept. and running through May 31 of each year, all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero will be required to adhere to the traction law, which requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. Ensure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado. Talk with your rental car company if you are planning to rent.TRAVEL WITH PEACE OF MIND CLEANING: SkyRun is continues to follow rigorous cleaning procedures as recommended by the CDC, AHLA, and VRMA to keep our guests healthy and our homes clean. SUMMIT COUNTY FIRE RESTRICTIONS: Stage 1 fire restrictions, and Summit Countys year-round fire regulations, prohibit building, maintaining, attending, or using an open fire. An open fire is defined as any outdoor fire, including but not limited to campfires, warming fires, bonfires, or prescribed burns of any material.

"I have stayed at a few different condos in the area and this is the first complex that advertised a hot tub AND it was operational during my stay! That was a big plus for me after previous failed attempts for that amenity. The condo was well laid out, easy to share with a friend, and enough room for our down days where we just hung out and watched movies. The location is close to walking trails by the marina and only 10ish min from Keystone which is my preferred ski area. Local places to eat and drink are also easily accessible by a walk or short drive. The place stayed warm and cozy without having to make adjustments to the heater, which in some of these condos had proved difficult in the past as well. So kudos for having that be easy for a guest! Definitely suggested for other travelers! Negatives for me but might not matter to others: 1. Bed in bedroom and murphy bed were too soft. I had to dig myself out of craters during the night and ended up with a sore neck and back many times. I prefer a firm matress, so again this might not be a problem for others. My friend put the murphy bed on the floor which helped but she had the same issue. 2. The kitchen was not as well stocked as I've seen in other places. There was enough there for minimal cooking (eggs in the morning) but not for creating bigger meals for dinner. Maybe a few more pans, and a way to vent while cooking. We set up a fan at the back door to clear the room while doing pan seared pork."

"We loved the beautiful view of Lake Dillon we had from the living areas of this one-bedroom condo. We found it spacious, well furnished and clean. "Cute spot in an amazing location, right across the street from dillon amp. would have given it 5 stars but we had to deal with a mess left behind when we arrived. someone had been painting and the brush, tools and mess were left behind including both trash cans filled w water that we had to dump. the chairs and table were pushed away and some of the decor was sitting on the counter."

"Our stay in a Lake Cliffe Condo was very nice. The unit was clean and sufficently stocked to meet all of our needs during our stay. Our condo was located across the road behind the Dillon Amphitheater. We were able to hear the concerts from our condo. It was great."

"Love the town of Dillon. The accommodations were not great. Upon arrival we were putting our food in the frig and checked back later to discover the frig was not cooling and could not be adjusted and the HVAC was not working so the place was really stuffy. Called and someone came out to check on the frig and could not fix it, so they put a small frig in it's place which took up better part of the kitchen area and blocked the micro wave. The maintenance department never sent a tech out so we just had to deal with it. Problem was that we could not open the window since they had been screw shut. It was a hassle but we made the best of it."

"Super great location, if you like Dillon. Across the street from Dillon Amphitheater, Arapaho Cafe, and Pug Ryan’s. Too bad it’s not 2nd or 3rd floor, but still a great view. Appliances all recent and good working order. Clean. Convenient. Perfect for me, but not those that expect Vail on the town square! LOL I’ll try to get back there again."
