Our 2 Bed 2.5 Bath Town Home is superbly located in the popular community of Legacy Park and offers the perfect home for those seeking accommodation for smaller groups.


With an open plan living and dining area boasting plenty of seating and a TV, this air conditioned home is spacious, bright and practically furnished with comfort in mind at an affordable cost. The quaint dining room has seating for six and is a great place to enjoy a meal.


The pleasant Kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you will need to cook everything from a light lunch to an evening meal for your family and friends.
The Charming King bedroom has a King Size bed, ceiling fan, TV and Ensuite with large shower.


The Twin Bedroom has a pleasing decor, plus further bathroom


There is also a pull-out bed in the loft area which means the home can comfortably sleep 6.


The home has Laundry facilities including a washer and dryer and a half bathroom that is situated downstairs.
For your enjoyment there is a further covered lanai that benefits a stunning conservation view situated off the lounge area for a more informal al fresco snack or simply enjoy a glass of wine after a pleasant day in the theme parks or shopping malls.


THE DEVELOPMENT ALSO FEATURES A COMMUNAL POOL, CABANAS, AND JOGGING AND WALKING TRAILS.



Resort Facilities:
The resort facilities are run by a third party.
Availability of all resort facilities is not guaranteed as part of the rental contract.
You will be required to provide your own equipment for use of the sports facilities.

- We require your full guest list 36hrs prior to check in to avoid late or no check in.

- Swim at your Own Risk

- No smoking

- No pets allowed

- No events, parties or gatherings that disturb neighbours at any time.

- Disturbances which require security or law enforcement intervention carry a fine of $500 or more.

- Must be at least 28 years old to book (in compliance with Orlando Codes of Ordinances – Chapter 57)

- Photo ID required before check-in

- Stays 4 nights and under require an additional damage deposit

- Full list of guests required before check-in

- Pool Heat is an additional cost and should be requested if required

- Pool Heat is required to heat the spa

- Vacation rental communities do NOT allow parking on the road

- Commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, trailers, self-propelled motor homes and boats are only allowed to enter temporarily for loading and unloading.

- Motorcycles and Golf carts are not allowed unless they are street legal and registered like other motor vehicles.

They must be parked in the garage (they are not allowed if you home has the garage converted to a games room).

- Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing

- Electric Cars: It is prohibited to charge vehicles at the home. Failure to adhere to this will result in a $500 fine per charge plus electricity costs.

"Beautiful home and exceptionally clean. It was really cozy and it was the perfect place for our family of 6. It was about 20-25 minutes from Disney parks. The only downside was the temperature couldn’t go lower than 75 and that’s a little warm for us but we weren’t uncomfortable. Overall, we would definitely stay here again."
