Description

3-bed, 3-bath top-floor condo sleeps 8 with a king bed, queen bed, twin-over-queen bunk bed, and a twin trundle. Conveniently located just off Main Street, Breckenridge, this condo is steps from shopping, restaurants, festivities, and the lifts. Main Street Junction offers two communal hot tubs. Guests may also access the amenities at Main Street Station including an outdoor heated pool, additional hot tubs, full workout facility, ski rentals, lockers and free overnight ski storage, and the Pioneer Club lounge. Currently undergoing renovations, this condo will be completely refreshed by early December, just in time for ski season. Updates include a full kitchen remodel with new cabinets and new granite countertops, and a full unit repainting.

Upon entering this condo, you will first notice the spacious living room and the convenient open floor plan. A closet is conveniently located by the entrance for storage of your belongings while coming and going throughout the day. The vaulted ceilings offer an open feel, and there is a flatscreen TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace, for your enjoyment. Ample seating and abundant natural light create the perfect space for gathering.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features new stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats six, with four additional seats at the breakfast bar. The private balcony is located just off the dining area and offers a private grill and incredible ski slope views.

The first of three full bathrooms is located just down the hall and has a shower/tub combination. This bathroom also provides a private entrance from the first guest bedroom, which features a twin-over-queen bunkbed, a twin trundle, and a flatscreen TV. The brand new, in-unit washer and dryer are located in the hallway just beyond this first guest bathroom. Laundry detergent has been provided for your convenience.

The first master bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a flat screen TV, and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The second master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, a bathtub and a walk-in shower with tile surround. All three bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

"Overall a good experience. The company, Summit County Mountain Retreats, was very responsive and tried to help when possible. The parking situation is absolutely horrible. I could not get my car out of the garage for 3 days because of someone parking in their driveway, blocking my exit/entrance. The management company tried, I tried but until the other renter left I was trapped in my garage. Should have towed the car, but no one would do it. It ruined a good vacation."

"Our rental was perfect for us. It was comfortable in everyway. Beds were nice, temp was good, location was ideal without paying ski in prices. The mention of the ski hold at charter sports was amazing. I had plenty of communication from rental company. Only down was we couldn’t figure out how to dump the trash."

"The unit was nice, but a few things were not worth the expense. Fireplace was not working and there was no thermostat in one of the bedrooms causing extremes of heat and cold. Plus, my pickup didn’t fit in the garage and there was No parking permit for the common parking spots. I called the management company and was told that I had to drive to another location to pick up a parking pass so that I wouldn’t get towed. Dish washer also didn’t work. I would have expected better accommodations for the price I paid for this rental."
