Description

Escape to the fresh crisp air of the Rocky Mountains! This lovely 3-bedroom house has a private hot tub and 360 scenic views of the mountains. The location is close to the action, but in a comfortable and secluded neighborhood; a short drive or private shuttle ride from downtown Breck, the historic district, and the Ski Resort. You're within walking distance to the 27-hole Breckenridge Golf Club and 200+ miles of biking in Summer, and to the Gold Run Nordic Center in Winter. Plenty of room for your group to enjoy a vacation in the Rocky Mountains. Our local staff is available daily if assistance is needed.

This neighborhood offers two different free shuttles. The first is provided by the neighborhood HOA and will pick you up at the end of the home's driveway. This runs at the top of every hour, 7 days a week, from 8am – 5pm. This shuttle only runs during the winter months in Breckenridge. The second option is the Breckenridge My Free Ride bus that will pick you up at the bus stop across the street on the main road. This shuttle runs every 30 minutes and is called the Green Route. We recommend downloading the MyFreeRide app on your smartphone for estimated arrival and departure times.

"The home provided a comfortable and spacious base for a family reunion in Breckenridge. Everything was well stocked - from kitchen supplies, to soaps, towels and extra bedding. Compared to other vacation rentals I’ve stayed in, this home was more comfortable and welcoming, so I felt more at home and relaxed. Hot tub was a big bonus and felt great after a day of hiking!"

"Thank you so much for a great experience! The home was perfect, it did have less bedding that originally stated but we knew there may be some changes with remodeling. Our only suggestion is a bigger trash can in the kitchen and instructions on where to dump the garbage as it can pile up after 5 days. We hope to be back next year and rent from Alpine."

"We've been fortunate to have travelled extensively to ski. Each time we are in a VRBO property we treat the home as if it were our own. The condition of this property was in line with the standards that we maintain ourselves. It was extraordinarily clean and included everything that we needed right down to the staples in the kitchen. The appliances seemed to be brand new. Being in Highland Greens was also very convenient as we utilized the shuttle to and from the mountain. This was property is a 10!"
