Description

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 7 with a king bed, a twin-over queen bunk bed, and a sleeper sofa. It features two private balconies and a private laundry. Granite countertops in the kitchen and radiant floor heating. Just a few minutes walk to the Snowflake lift or to the heart of downtown Breckenridge. You can also grab a bus with a stop conveniently located on either side of Four O'clock Road. Pine Ridge amenities include two hot tubs. This vacation rental comes with one dedicated parking spot, that is the only parking that is guaranteed.

This second floor walk-up has an entryway with mounted hooks, a closet, and a storage bench for your convenience as you come and go throughout the day. The spacious living area features ample furniture, a large flat screen TV, hardwood floors, and a gas fireplace. The sofa pulls out into a bed. Extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. The private balcony is just through out the door where you can enjoy the alpine air.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops. The dining area comfortably seats six. The first of two full bathrooms is near the living area. It features a shower/tub combination and a single sink vanity. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, a private balcony, and a sitting area. The en suite bathroom has a single sink vanity and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features a twin-over-queen bunk bed and a flat screen TV.

"I'd first like to comment on an administrative issue - the idea that one cannot check in until 4: 30, yet there is an expectation that by 5: 00, one will also make a trip to the admin. office to pick up their parking pass. I consider this a pretty ridiculous setup. Why not just have the parking pass in the unit so it is immediately available to guests upon arrival?

Regarding the unit, it is quite spacious, but boy, that's a lot of dark brown in the decor. And with lamps only along the sides of rooms (there is no overhead lighting), it is a pretty dark place with curtains closed or after the sun sets. The kitchen kind of screams for under cabinet lighting, as the recessed can lighting does not provide a ton of light. And the appliances are quite dated as well (we found the microwave a bit frustrating to operate, and it didn't seem to cook all that well).

Also in the living room there is a lack of ability to set a drink down beside the two side chairs facing the TV, which seems like an odd oversight for guest comfort.

In the master, the caulk in the shower was peeling off, and the door handle on the balcony screen door was broken, adding to the feeling of being a bit dated.

Having said all that, we managed to have a comfortable two night stay, and suffered no consequences from ignoring the parking pass issue. I wouldn't really "recommend" this unit per se, but there is also nothing serious enough as an issue that I'd recommend against it."

"Our family of four really loved this condo. The kitchen is very well-equipped. The fireplace was toasty after a long day on the slopes. We also enjoyed the heated floors in the bathroom. The location is great - very convenient for the mountain and main street. Although we didn't use the shuttle service, it's right across the street. And, because we're lazy, we drove to Main Street nightly but it's a very easy/doable walk. We are already looking at staying here again during the 2024 Holiday season."

"My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were impressed as soon as we opened the door! This was like staying in our own home. The kitchen is beyond well equipped with everything you need to cook any type of meal. I just wish there was a Keurig instead of a Mr. Coffee. The decor and amenities in the condo made for a wonderful Colorado vacation - a great place to crash after a long day of hiking! Comfortable beds, great showers, heated bathroom floors, etc. We would definitely stay here again and we would definitely recommend this to anyone. The condo was spotless clean throughout when we checked in."

"The condo was clean, well equipped with everything we needed, and so cozy. Our master bed was extremely comfortable. Check-I’m process was so simple, which is always a relief after a day of travel. The proximity to town on foot was a breeze. We only needed our car for the big trip to City Market. The bus to and from the gondola was conveniently close. Also walking to the gondola was close, too. We took the bus when our kids were carrying all their ski gear. It was all in all a wonderful place to stay. I had a couple of questions for the management staff and they were very quick to respond. Hot tubs were a hit too! We’ll be back soon!

"Really enjoyed staying at this 2 Bedroom VRBO. Looks like it was recently updated with new carpeting and the kitchen was incredibly well stocked with everything you would need. Washer and Dryer in VRBO is a huge plus (they leave some tide pods above the dryer and hard to find for shorter people). Lamps next to beds have USB Ports for phones too! Hot Tub is a little walk to other end of parking lot. Christy's Ski Rentals is on-site (across street) and you can walk up to Snowflake Lift or take the bus. It is not that far but is an uphill walk and maybe not easy in boots and skis. My wife and I are in our 50's and we walked it every day."
