ENTRANCE –

When you arrive at 429 N. Park Avenue, you'll have access to one parking space. Look for the lot-facing side of the building (north side) for the keypad door to gain access to the interior of the building. The access code will be in your check-in instructions, which you'll have in your email two days before you arrive. Once inside, go up the stairs and through the hallway, and to the right you'll see your door labeled #15. Let yourself in to your condo to the foyer and kitchen.

KITCHEN/DINING AREA

To your left, you'll see the kitchen, which includes seating for four around the beautiful island, and is outfitted with high-end appliances, plate ware, and everything you'll need to make a gourmet, home-cooked meal. You'll find an oven and stove, dishwasher, microwave, sink with garbage disposal, and a regular drip coffee maker.

LIVING AREA

Continue on to the living area, where you'll find modern décor and furnishings, including a comfortable couch which folds out into a queen bed. There will be a flatscreen TV which will offer cable and connectivity to streaming apps. You will also have access to your private patio space, where you can enjoy a nice cup of coffee in the refreshing mountain air, along with awesome views.

BEDROOM

This cozy bedroom will include a queen-size bed and amazing views from all the windows. There is a washer and dryer located in the closet. You will also have access to a second private patio from your bedroom!

BATHROOM

Next to the bedroom, you'll find your bathroom which includes a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower.

There are absolutely NO cameras in the interior living spaces of the home for your privacy.

"The location is very convenient but there are a few things you need to know before booking. Specifically, the water pressure is extremely low, so the shower experience is not great. The unit does not have A/C (not uncommon in Breck) but the living room and bedroom have sliders to get some air flow. The unit was very clean and the pictures are accurate. I did not find the couch to be very comfortable, but we were not sitting on it a bunch since we were there to be outside. If the water pressure can be fixed the unit would be much better."

"We LOVED staying at Park Ave Flats 15, the condo is clean and very well taken care of, wonderful location close to the gas station, grocerie, the peaks, restaurants and downtown. We only have good things to say about this place and the property management, they were always responsive, and on top of everything. We will definitely stay here next time we visit."

"The location is within walking distance to Main Street, and the gondola. Communication with Alpine Edge informative and easy to understand. Our unit was well appointed and very clean. We enjoyed our stay and will return. The only negative is having to register parking on a daily basis or face parking tickets.

"This condo was exactly what we needed for our week long vacation! The location was perfect- you can easily walk to Main Street and back! The condo was incredibly clean and looked just like the pictures! My only small complaint would be there was no broom to sweep the hardwood floors and after a couple of days- sweeping is needed! We would book this condo again and would highly recommend!"

"Clearly one of the first people to use the unit. Had a wonderful time. Road noise can be a little loud but had fans running due to the summer anyways so no issues. Quick drive or bike ride right to Main Street. Super comfy bed and living area. All you need for a couple or small family. Wonderful."
