ENTRANCE –
When you arrive at 429 N. Park Avenue, you'll have access to one parking space. Look for the lot-facing side of the building (north side) for the keypad door to gain access to the interior of the building. The access code will be in your check-in instructions, which you'll have in your email two days before you arrive. Once inside, go up the stairs and through the hallway, and to the left you'll see your door labeled #12. Let yourself in to your entry hallway.

BATHROOM
By the entrance to your right, you'll find your bathroom which includes a washer/dryer, a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower.

KITCHEN/DINING AREA
To your right, you'll see the kitchen, which includes seating for four, and is outfitted with high-end appliances, plate ware, and everything you'll need to make a gourmet, home-cooked meal. You'll find an oven and stove, dishwasher, microwave, sink with garbage disposal, and a regular drip coffee maker.

LIVING AREA
Continue on to the living area, where you'll find modern décor and furnishings, including a comfortable couch which folds out into a queen bed. There will be a flatscreen TV which will offer cable and connectivity to streaming apps.

BEDROOM
Past the double barn doors, proceed to your bedroom. This cozy room will include a queen-size bed and flatscreen TV. You will also have access to your private patio space, where you can enjoy a nice cup of coffee in the refreshing mountain air, along with awesome views.

STORAGE CLOSET
This condo also its own private storage closet, labeled #12 and located adjacent to your front door. This is ideal for storing your gear, in summer or winter!


There are absolutely NO cameras in the interior living spaces of the home for your privacy. *Please note, there is no elevator to access this unit and it is on the 2nd floor*

"Contemporary studio with all the little perks! Located just out of the busy district, it is still super close to anything in Breck and conveniently located near everyone's favorite grocery store! Also on the bus line for easy access to downtown and ski lift. Easy access, easy parking, super clean and cute a washer and dryer."

"Wow!, This is the most beautiful unit, very clean, very quiet, with gorgeous appliances, and personal touches throughout; The kitchen and bathroom were very well stocked additional bedding was provided, and the balcony was very private. Long story short, Every box was checked. This unit was very well thought out; my new go-to unit for all my visits to Colorado."

"The flat was spotless and near brand new in appearance. The halls were vacuumed daily it appeared and we had no issues with parking or anything really. Check in and check out was all automated with clear instructions being sent prior to arrival and prior to check out, all requiring no in person interaction or follow up questions. The Breck connect gondola was just a 7 minute walk away from the front door of the building which made it easy for us to access the mountain without needing to drive (though skis got a bit a heavy by the end!) Lastly, the bed and bedding was so good. We took pictures of everything as we slept the best we had in weeks in our first night. Rarely do we encounter this so two big thumbs up for the comfort!"
