Live the surfer beach lifestyle in this 2-unit, 2-story, incredible property located just blocks to restaurants, shops, entertainment, & surf & swim-friendly Windansea beach. This offering includes both the ground level and upper level unit, each with identical floorplans & professionally designed with the finest attention to detail. Ground Level unit is 2br's+1.5ba's & Upper Level 2br's+2ba's, each sleeps 6, for a combined offering of 4br's+3.5ba's & sleeps 12 (8 adults max). Note each unit has their own separate entry (they are not connected inside) & pricing includes both units.

These meticulous & well-appointed interiors were both professionally designed with high attention to detail. As you enter the main entries you will be greeted by a spacious & open floorplan, with windows galore & west facing units allowing for lots of light. Each living room features new furniture including plush sofas, accent chairs, & area rugs, with cozy fireplace & beautiful wood/vinyl flooring to round out the space.

Off the main living areas are gourmet kitchens with adjacent dining rooms. Our kitchens feature a center island that open beautifully to the living/dining areas, granite countertops, & stainless steel appliances. Adjacent to the kitchens are dining tables each with seating for 4. The hallways lead to both bedrooms & bathrooms, see further details below…

EXTERIOR FEATURES (3 separate outdoor spaces)
• Front Yard | Beautiful grassy front yard, West Facing so there's tons of natural sunlight & a great spot to soak in the San Diego sun.
• Backyard | a featured outdoor area! Highlights include a large grassy lawn, outdoor seating, string lighting (great mood setting feature for evening!), as well as a BBQ for grilling. Also there's a hose for rinsing off after a fun day at the beach.
• Second Level Deck | the spot to enjoy a cup of coffee at sunrise! A set of stairs near the garages will lead to your second level main entry with an expansive rear wood deck. This area can also be accessed from the door off the second level kitchen. This area comes complete with a second BBQ & additional outdoor seating.

Parking includes an expansive driveway that fits 4 vehicles tandem (garages are used for storage). Note – additional overnight street parking is permitted at no fee & typically easy to find in this residential neighborhood.

LOCATION
Vacation in one of La Jolla's most coveted neighborhoods, Windansea! We are situated just 3 blocks to this famous surf and swim friendly beach, 2 blocks to a public park that's great for children, & just a couple blocks to several shops & restaurants.

Explore the rest of what La Jolla has to offer. Just up the road is Downtown La Jolla & La Jolla Cove where you can watch the sea lions & shop at upscale stores & fine dine at 5 star restaurants. Surf some of the historic and famous waves at nearby Black's & La Jolla Shores beaches. The nightlife always has something going on no matter what day of the week; catch a show at The Comedy Store or enjoy a special upscale meal at The Marine Room or George's at the Cove. All of our guests receive a comprehensive list of local recommended restaurants, activities, and attractions, most of which can also be found on our website.

POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
• OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• AIR CONDITIONING | Please refer to your specific property if air conditioning is provided. If the advertisement does not say that air conditioning is offered, than the home does not have air conditioning. Note that the majority of area homes do not have air conditioning due to the mild year-round San Diego coastal climate (average approximate 65 degree year-round temperatures, with Summer averages at approximately 69 degrees!). In such cases where air conditioning is not supplied, our homes are outfitted with ceiling and/or floor fans to help keep cool.
• RESERVATION CONFIRMATION | Upon confirmation of your reservation, you will be sent a Welcome package that includes (but not limited to) such items as arrival instructions, parking, wifi, local eats, & area attractions.

"We rented both units. Our 2 married daughters & husbands stayed in the upper unit which was nice because they both had their own bathrooms. My husband and son and I stayed in the lower unit and shared a bathroom. They were exactly as they looked on line. We were in town for a family wedding and the house was close to everything we did. I would highly recommend staying here!"
