"The property was neat and clean however, we arrived after dark and it was difficult to find and was not lit up at all on the outside. I had to use the flashlight on my phone to find the front door, and, since it was raining when we arrived, the entry was slippery on the loose rocks and railroad ties for steps and had no outside lights to see this by. The light in the bathroom downstairs stopped working and we had to use the light in the laundry area to see by. Also, the step between the hall way is a little dangerous and several of our group tripped on it a number of times. It should be either leveled with a small ramp or marked. Luckily no one was hurt. Overall, it is a very nice place and served our needs splendidly."

"We just loved Asheville and can't wait to return. The inside of the house was very clean and spacious enough for the five of us to be comfortable and not feel on top of each other. Communication with property manager was excellent. The house was further away from downtown and, thus, more secluded than expected based on description. Winding roads and down a gravel road created a bit more of a drive than we'd thought we'd have to get to town. But to be fair, we'd never been to Asheville and didn't know what to expect outside of downtown. Once away from the house, getting to hiking, restaurants and breweries, and other iconic tourism was easy to access. Thank you!"

"We were in town for a wedding and Cove Cottage was perfect for our party. Great location, comfortable living area, and beds/baths just as described. There was also a massage chair in one of the bedrooms which was a nice surprise. Be ware that there are several transitions in the floor including a ~~2 inch step up into the kitchen that is easy to trip on. The top step on the stairs is also short. We also ran the dishwasher one time with a very light load on the top rack only. We did the quick cycle and some things came out looking clean but others (my son’s Sippy cup) came out looking just like when it went in (still had milk droplets in it). The house was easy to find using the address and we enjoyed our stay overall!"

"Darling home with everything you'll need to have a great stay! Bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and the rest of the living space were spotless. Bonus: Massage chair in the one bedroom was fabulous! We used the deck a lot too. Downside: As said in other reviews, the driveway is tricky but doable. TV remotes in living room were a little confusing, but we figured it out. The biggest thing for me was the "fire pit". A few rocks piled in a tiny circle plopped in the yard. I wouldn't really call that an amenity. All in all, great get-away and family reunion all in one!"
