Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU) is the closest major airport to NC State. On arrival at the airport, take the GoTriangle Raleigh-Airport-RTC #100 bus to the university’s main campus at Hillsborough St. and Brooks Ave, and then board the free Wolfline buses to travel to the nearby accommodations. GoRaleigh routes 4, 11, 11L, and 12 also serve the NCSU campus. Whereas there's plenty of parking on campus, make sure to obtain a permit. Only the pay lots and meter spaces allow short-term parking.
Enjoy outings and special events with family at friends at the University Club’s well-maintained Picnic Area & Nature Park, which welcomes both members and visitors. Choose from the tailgate menu or have your own barbecue picnic at the pavilion, followed with an after-lunch stroll along one of the hiking trails. The University Club property houses a vast golf course, state-of-the-art tennis courts, swimming pools, and a playground, making for a day of fun with the family.
Attend the Evening of Stars Gala, a prestigious awards function, or the Legacy Luncheon, where students enjoy a barbecue with their parents and grandparents.
