Booking was very simple. We were sent all the codes the day or 2 before our arrival. Once in the island the property manager texted to confirm arrival and meet us at the property to do a quick walk through. She then emailed the instructions for the Hilton pool. The condo itself was clean, spacious and comfortable for a family of 4. The location to the village was easy and to up country as well.

We had numerous issues with this rental No hot water for 3-4 days. The house was not very clean. Cockroaches in the rooms. We kept the doors and screens shut but I think they were in there before our arrival. Same with ants The house is dated Nice location but for the cost it needs some work

Our group LOVED this townhome! Ours was right by the pool and Tennis courts, which we took advantage of multiple times during our stay. The house was very accommodating to what we needed. We also appreciated all of the provided household things that made our stay amazing. Including the beach equipment, baby stroller, & cooler lunch backpack. Definitely would stay here again and highly recommend!

It was a lovely home in a very quiet development, close to shops and the beach. Very nice location for getting around on the Kona side of the island. The home was beautiful, very clean and well-stocked with paper products. Wi-Fi was great; communication was good. We very much enjoyed our stay here.

We overall loved our stay in this beautiful house on the water. We wish the book of info had been more taylored to the location it self, such as “nearby stores are x, y, z” and great nearby beaches are “x, y, and Z”. Could have used more beach towels.

This place was amazing, by far the nicest place I've ever stayed. It wasn't cheap but it came so well equipped that it was almost overwhelming. 3 Different types of coffee makers. My only complaint was it was near the main road so the traffic or road noise was audible from the back yard and pool, but nothing could be heard from inside. The only thing else was the automatic pool cleaner sometimes would climb up the wall and out of the water a bit and make a super loud suction noise. These are just nit picking the place was amazing and if we go again id would look at this in a heart beat.

Loved this unit. 802 has a fantastic location on the property- quiet with sounds of birds all around. Clean, well maintained, except some of the beach equip had seen better days. Nice, spacious and we will definitely try to come back here in the future!
