The location was great. Easy access to the beach. Appliances were great. Fully stocked kitchen but need to replace a few pans. One of the couch’s need to be replaced. The foundation seems to need repair. The flooring slopes. The outdoor pool and deck area needs lighting for nighttime enjoyment. And we had a kill a few bugs in the kitchen, bedroom and pool /deck area.
