A short trail which is just half a mile in length, the Tree Army Trail curves along Kooser Run. It gets its name from the Civilian Conservation Corps who used to be called Roosevelt’s Tree Army. The trail stretches from the dam located at Kooser Lake’s far end to the camping area.
