Very well presented cottage set in private grounds with a secluded garden. Relaxing environment and well located for exploring Norfolk. Everything we needed was provided including a welcome pack. Instructions for all the heating, WiFi, tv etc were very helpful as were the numerous guide leaflets for the area. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable 5 day stay.

For a start, you need to change the photo that accompanies this item; this is NOT the apartment. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a modern block of flats. Inside the apartment was very nice, although there was no bulb in the main light in the bedroom, and although there appeared to be a wifi system, we were not given the password. There was also no 'tourist' or 'visitor' information in the apartment, but maybe this is normal - we generally rent holiday cottages which come with information. On arrival, we were given the wrong keys, which, as the apartment was on the 2nd floor, wasn't very convenient as we had to go down to retrieve the correct keys from the key safe. Sadly, although I emailed the contact about these issues, they never got back to us. As I said, the inside of the apartment was very well equipped and comfortable.

A lovely cottage with plenty of space and a well equipped kitchen. Would have been nice to have waste paper baskets in the bedrooms and neither loo seems to work very well! We had four friends over for the weekend and the cottage was spacious enough to take us all. Apart from that, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend it to friends.

Stunning, spacious house in a beautiful location, infront of a fish filled lake. Perfect place to unwind & relax, spent most of the time sitting in the huge conservatory, enjoying the view or feeding the fish duck food, very entertaining. The lodge is comfortable & well equipped. Lots of wildlife to see. Satellite Internet a tad sporadic but still managed to get takeaways delivered.

Absolutely wonderful stay, we had a fantastic time at this accommodation, the location was perfect we loved strolling down to watch the boats go by with a glass of wine or beer in hand, the welcome pack was a lovely touch and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The property was spotless and very well maintained with fantastic facilities throughout the deco was beautiful and gave us the feeling of being in Italy such a unique and charming atmosphere, host Mike and Julie were incredible welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us there hospitality really made our stay special, parking was also easy and convenient which is always a bonus would highly recommend and can’t wait to return.Jim, Chris and Paul xx
