Vacation rentals in Nerja

Wonderful villa in a superb place. Everything was great and we really enjoyed our Feliz Navidad in Nerja!

After a long time of traveling due to my personal housing situation (and preference, to see more of the world), I came over from Amsterdam and can't recommend booking this place, enough by now! The apartment not only will be even (!) prettier than the pictures online show; the hostess Ana, even after some troubles caused (by accident, bút by me!) occurred to my sadness; she could not had been more welcoming, more helpful and as I spent these days alone here during the holidays (with pretty cold weather & heavy rainfall) in beautiful Nerja, most of all it felt 'Heartwarming' to me as a guest! I am sure of the fact, no one could miss out on anything possibly needed/desired as she is, an absolute angel so it seemed! Not only all equipement will be found here combined with comfort etc (!) if anyone did regain my trust back in people (/hosts, to be more specific), it ís her! Muchas Graçias (again) I hope to come back one day!

The holiday home was absolutely immaculate, so clean and all the equipment in perfect working order. We couldn't fault it in any way and hope to return again next year.

We extended our stay here as we liked it very much. The private pool and the view over the field with the horse and bull were great. Also having a sea view too in the distance. It was a good walk to the centre but we knew that when booking. The house had nice decorative touches to make it homely. We would stay here again. Wifi was good, and when we contacted the lady who gave us the keys she was prompt in her responses.

The villa was traditionally rustic with good sized bathrooms and outdoor area. Our kids loved the pool! The hosts, Maria and Dani, were welcoming, easily contactable during our stay and helpful. Dani recommended a great butchers to my husband in neighbouring Torrox and the meat was excellent! We stayed for a month and all amenities were available - dish washer, washing machine, clothes line, iron, wifi etc. The villa is just outside the main centre of Nerja so a car is required. Taxis are available but may not come all the way up to the villa because of the size of the track. The location is reflected in the cheaper price of this villa; we chose this villa because of its great outdoor space and knowing a car would be needed. Lovely views of the mountains on one side and sea on the other. The one downside (to some) is the number of dogs in the area and the barking. This didn't affect everyone in our group but did some. Overall, our family had a lovely stay at Villa Jimera.

The home was in a lovely quiet area, with beautiful views. Only a short drive to the seafront and all the restaurants and shops. There was an ALDI and a LIDL only 5 min away. The villa was a lovely size and the 8 of us were comfortable, plenty of sitting areas for us to eat together and play card games. The pool is a good size for the children to play in and the patio area has plenty of sun all day with beds provided so we could supervise the children easily whilst relaxing. There was also table tennis under cover on the lover level with paddles and balls provided, so we could have lots of fun in the shade.

The Villa was lovely. Would have definitely appreciated a welcome pack on arrival as I have e lerienced on every other home/villa booking. I most definitely feel a seven bedroom villa should have mire than 2 double beds or at least an option to zip together the single beds as this causes a problem for some of our couples. Had both elements of my feedback been different I would rate the villa 5

The villa was a Classic Spanish residence in a beautiful location, the sound of the waves was beautiful. The views are incredible. The pool was fantastic. The actual accommodation just needs a few updates including Air Condition in the bedroom, the kitchen could use a little update with regards utensils and the oven itself. Please I would advocate follow the instructions thoroughly when finding the Villa don’t follow your sat nav it will send you down a pathway that could be inaccessible. The roads are not the best when accessing the villa so just take your time. Apart from that we had a lovely time and with a few upgrades would stay here again. The hosts were available 24/7 and responded very quickly to a problem we encountered on our stay. I would suggest with the position of the villa itself that I would stress its more of an adults / older children vacation.

The location is perfect, literally on the beach The pool was lovely too, quiet most of the time It is about a 7 minute walk to the centre of Nerja, surrounded by Bars and restaurants as you walk there Wifi was good in the apartment and the host was very prompt in communicating with us Overall it was a great stay !
