We loved the apartment, it was spacious, very clean with good WiFi. The utilities were very good. The beds were very comfortable, log fire was a bonus for us. Our host was very helpful and answered us very quickly when we couldn’t get the heating on. We had only one concern, the steps leading down to the apartment from the car, felt very unsafe to us. The handrail was hard to hold being against the wall, which was broken in places. Now please bear in mind that we are of the older generation and younger more agile people would probably be fine. We would love to use the apartment again if the steps were made more user friendly.

We had a lovely stay at Trevor cottage. Comfy and cosy. Kitchen was very well equipped. Beds very comfortable. Very clean. Lots of leaflet information. And lots of games for children or adults. Location is absolutely perfect. Lucy was on hand if we needed any assistance. Will always come back to stay.

A well presented & equipped apartment. Lovely and clean. The onsite parking is easily accessible and very welcome. Great view from the living area over the town, sight of the bay and the hills in the distance. Great location for walking into town and sea front. People with mobility/walking problems may struggle with the stairs up to the apartment.

First and foremost the location was excellent. The flat is steps away from the Rail Station. Grocery shops, the promenade, theatre and main shopping areas are minutes away. The flat itself was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Our hosts were friendly and readily available. I have one suggestion; the advert indicates that the flat is on the second floor, which in the UK gives consideration to a ground floor, first floor and then second floor. In Canada we refer to the ground floor as the first floor therefore the flat would be on the third floor. It would have been helpful to know that the climb was 35 steps in total. In closing, I would highly recommend this flat and feel that it met our exceeded our expectations as well we considered it to be a good value.

Amazing location and absolutely stunning house! Turned up and it was exceptionally clean upon arrival and was left that way. Only minor issue was the fire alarm kept going off on day 2 but with a simple call to the maintenance team, someone arrived so promptly
