Vacation rentals in Lee County

The home is nothing short of MAGNIFICENT! The rooms are spacious and the home easily accommodated the 11 of us. The main master bedroom will blow you away…there’s even a study in the room…huge! The kids loved the pool. The hot tub is probably more appealing in the winter months. Beach access was wonderful…less than 5 minutes to the water. Bring baggies, detergent, shampoo, conditioner, and dishwasher pods if you plan to be there more than a couple of days. The kitchen had every appliance, pan, etc., but we did purchase some small storage containers for left over food. The outdoor seating areas were great! There are so many places to gather. There are plenty of pool/ beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, floats, and games. And there are a couple of very useful beach wagons to load the items for the beach. If there’s a 10 star rating, this place deserves it!

Management was very responsive when we had questions. House was immaculate when we arrived and it was tastefully decorated. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day. It was a great neighborhood and was very quiet. There was an abundance of song birds and we even saw 2 burrowing owls while we out walking.

Great location and fast internet access. The condo just needed a couple of thing, such as a second front door key, a broom and a set of door hooks in the second bathroom to hang towels. Also the dining room chairs paddings are a bit worn out. Other than that I will rent again

Great location! House is right on the river with dock ! We rented a boat for the week and very easy access to gulf water and Sanibel ilsand. I had a 5 or 6 foot shark caught from the dock but he broke my line at the very end! Caught some trout and lady fish from dock as well. We also seen several dolphins right from the backyard!Pool is nice and under roof so the sun isn’t beating right down on you which was nice! I had an overall great trip ! We really enjoyed it!

Great house and location. Only thing I’d suggest is curtains that actually cover the whole sliding door (s) in bunk room and 2nd bedroom and would have been nice to be able to turn the heat on in the spa when needed. Host was quick to respond. We would stay again!

Very clean, nice and spacious. Very comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen. Great location only a 15 minute walk with a private beach access to a great beach known for shelling and beautiful sunsets. Will definitely stay there again.

Our stay at Villa Su Casa was wonderful. The pool and outside living area was the best. We didn't even need to heat the pool! The house had everything we needed. It's always the little things, and Bridget thought of those! No issues with the Wifi and TV. Bridget and her team were very responsive and provided some great tips. Like Farmer Joes! We were there more than once. Also, don't forget to go to the Farmers Market in Cape Coral on Saturday's. The produce was amazing. Sanibel and Lovers Beach Park are close by if you would like a beach day. We would strongly recommend a vacation or longer stay at Villa Su Casa.

My family and I had an awesome time! We spent so much time in the amazing pool & outdoor space. The kitchen was huge and has tons of amenities for cooking. Every room was immaculate and the whole experience felt luxurious.

We had a short but sweet stay in this beautiful home. We had plenty of towels and wash cloths which we really appreciated. The pool was great and the lanai was our go to hang out in the evenings. We did struggle to get the house comfortable cool at night. If we had stayed longer we would have asked the managers about it because they were truly great to work with. We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely home.
