This home was perfect for the 5 of us, a group of guys who have been friends for 50 years. Separate comfortable beds, comfortable living area for conversation and listening to music through the Bluetooth system which allowed us to share our personal playlists (a must!). Great kitchen with all amenities necessary for preparing and cooking all meals. The entire home was very clean. Chairs on the back porch added another area to gather and relax looking out at the large yard (no neighbor houses to be seen). Be sure to fill the birdbath and you will be rewarded with visits from our flying friends. The house is very secluded but only minutes from the town of Leadville with its restaurants, grocery stores, museums and shopping (which we did not use). Short drive to beautiful trails (Colorado and Continental trails) as well as for fly fishing the Upper Arkansas River. We hope to rent this home in the future.
