Vacation rentals in Kent

Lovely light property and grounds. Great to have blackouts in the bedrooms and two bathrooms. Few little things would improve it; an oven glove, somewhere to hang coats, fairy liquid was out, a printed welcome pack with local walks and attractions. We were a little unclear if we could use the grounds. We loved the dogs but think be good to warn people as not everyone does! Would rather that the damages fee is included in the price up front.

Great big house with lovely countryside surroundings, every window was a picture and it was lovely to just sit and enjoy the peace and tranquil surroundings. Every room was comfortable from the huge sofa in the lounge watching the huge tv to the colour themed bedrooms and their comy beds. The roof terrace was a great place to sit just out from the conservatory the only issue was no lighting outside, the only lighting was from the boatyard and they were not adequate to see what was doing at the table. Not able to walk about the boatyard which would be lovely to do. There cleaner needs to brush up on cleaning the windowsills (dead flies and cobwebs, also cables in kitchen window just hanging in center, some of the utensils were dirty and had to was them before use, some were left because they were just not good. Great house with great views of the kent countryside but the attention to detail (ie. Cleaning) let it down slightly

Very well presented, nice quiet private road, lovely neighbours (the owners). Great location. 5 minutes to local shop and fish and chip shop, and 3-4 minutes in other direction to very good co-op. Furnished nicely with modern fittings, good beds and bedding, towels and tea towels. Well equipped with washing machine, dish washer and Wi-Fi and sky tv. Pleasant back garden with nice seating areas and good furniture. Plenty of off road parking and only about 2 miles into Whitstable which is lovely. Great area for exploring North Kent and it’s wonderful castles and heritage.

Me and my girls loved this home so much. It’s in a lovely location and very quiet. The cleanliness was spotless, the all house smelled so good. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary. We loved the tea and biscuits at arrival. And it was lovely to meet Trudie the owner, the very next day. There is no fault I could put in this home. Thank you so much for having us!

The cottage was lovely. Could not fault it at all. Owner went above and beyond, and I slept in the most comfortable bed ever. The queen sized bed. Everything is easily within reach from the cottage, with a car. Would have been nice to have received check in details on the day, and thankfully someone was there when we arrived, otherwise would have felt stranded. However that is probably down to the letting site’ home to go’, rather than the owner. Thoroughly loved our little break here, and would come back again. Also dog friendly which was important to us

It’s a beautiful house and very well equipped. Our only small criticism is that the kitchen and dining area are on different floors. Too many stairs for our family of Grandparents late 70s and two young children.

Lovely location, home was perfect. Only thing to mention on arrival the fridge did have a slightly funky smell. Otherwise perfect stay

Lovely cottage in a very charming village. Everything you need is upstairs, two bedrooms, a lounge l, bathroom with bath and kitchen! It feels very cozy and homey. Also a variety of books from Thomas the Tank to Tudor history! Very close to Dover. Contacting the host was very easy and Smooth. Thank you for a very nice stay! Would love to come back!

Very beautiful and perfect for getting away from the city, the staff there were phenomenal and made me and my wife feel so welcomed,
