This place offers everything you need, the location is more than perfect, near the metro, and the neighborhood is calm compared to the old city. there's everything you need nearby, a great cafeteria and a supermarket right downstairs. the host is very responsive. there was even toys at the place that was very useful for my child. thank you.

Location is excellent, a great bar around the corner, a wonderful forno steps away, quick walk to the train for day trips. We had a few issues with appliances and door locks but they were very quickly addressed and remedied. While the apartment was pretty clean, we had a lot of dust under the bed (we were offered a free cleaning) and the musty smell of the downstairs was off putting. The kitchen was very well supplied and the living room furniture comfortable and cozy. The shower was good, the main bed comfortable but the twins are hard. Great Wi-Fi! And kudos to the management for their kindness and professionalism.

We had such a nice stay in this great little apartment. The weather was not on our side, but Piera connected us with people and activities in the neighbourhood that saved our week. We were able to learn so much about Sardinia, their cultures and traditions from all of the wonderful people we met. Truly a special experience.

The house was adequately furnished with kitchenware. There were no issues with the temperature. The beds and linens were clean but quite old, and the mattresses were definitely not comfortable. The blankets were extremely dusty. Because the rooms contained the host's belongings in the cupboards and there were no shelves, we had to keep our own clothes in suitcases. There is a market and bakery very close to the house. The host was easy to communicate with and consistently provided support.

It was the best part of our trip to Italy. We stayed at Landuccia farm for 4 nights. It was a very comfortable stay, with beautiful kitchena nd very comfortable room. We had breakfast at the farm which was freshly made:). The family also organised a special cooking session for us on our request. It was so beautiful, kitchen was very busy and vibrant with me and my husband and 7-8 members from Landuccia family. We all prepared a wholesome meal together, followed by a lunch with the family where they served local wine from their farm too. If time permitted we would have extended our stay. It was so peaceful and perfect break from our busy life.

Nice flat with great views of the mountains, in a very quiet location, approx. 15min walk to ski lifts and 25min walk into town. There are no local restaurants and shops nearby. Parking included. Everything was neat and clean and serviceable, but the flat and equipment are a little tired and could do with some updating, it needs wifi and a smart TV. Its good value for money. The host and local rep are very nice and hospitable, allowing us to check-in early and check-out late so we could ski on our last day and return to change to travel home. We enjoyed our stay.
