Shoshone Falls
Visit the Shoshone Falls near the Twin Falls city that plunges 212 feet down into Snake River. Shoshone Falls is most spectacular during spring and summer since the melting snow sends water rushing at 12,000 cubic feet every second. You can also rock climb the silent city, also referred to as the City of Rocks Reserve. Although there no buildings here, you’ll find tall, wide-carved hoodoos, monoliths, and granite spires.
Soak in Hot Springs Or Soak Up Culture
Idaho is also home to natural hot springs such as Banbury and Nat-Soo-Pah where you can relax and let your stress melt away. Meanwhile, on the quiet street of John Adams Parkway, the Collectors’ Corner Museum showcases a plethora of memorabilia and collectibles from different periods, such as Barbie Dolls, model trains, presidential figurines, and more.
Civic Auditorium
The Civic Auditorium of Idaho Falls was built in 1952 and has a rich history of availing music icons to the region, such as Johnny Cash and Louis Armstrong. Situated on South Holmes Avenue, head here to enjoy civic events, Broadway musicals, and ballet recitals.
