This was our the 3rd vocational rental at this building. Units are pretty much alike and have everything that we need in place. Price is a little high for us, since it includes items that we don't use, such as pool, bar, etc. You know beforehand what you are paying for due to detailed descriptions that you can find at multiple websites, while other properties nearby either are not equally equipped, or are badly described at their websites, or lack pictures, or after seeing their pictures you leave their websites right away
