House is old and dated but river location was nice. Family room with large windows facing the river was awesome! Kitchen was not well stocked with utensils and cookware. Mattresses were okay but not high-end. Internet TV and streaming services worked great. Neighbors are very nosy and since the backyard is not fenced they complained multiple times that our dogs wandered into their yards. All in all an average experience with an average house. The only thing impressive was the living room view out to the river. Owner did a great job communicating with us.
