Communication with the host was great, they were responsive and quick to resolve concerns and issues presented. The location near the Walmart was super helpful, and the on site pool/water area was great. On the things to improve: The items present (high chair and other things) were dirty and not in the best shape. As well as there were ants and other small pest in the bathrooms upstairs. Lastly the guest bathrooms upstairs didn’t drain the best, but we made do with it. Overall, I would definitely use this host again, but maybe not this exact home.

Clean and tidy house overall as expected through the advertised photos. There was no toaster in the kitchen. Very old and flimsy frying pans with unstable dish washer was annoying. AC stopped working but they fixed it next day. When it’s needed urgently the communication with the maintenance/land lord was slow.

The house was incredibly spacious, yet very “homey” for our large group of 5 family units (kids, spouses, grandkids). The kitchen was incredible /it had everything you might even think about needing! The customer service folks were incredibly attentive and quickly responded to every text/email. The only disappointment was the splash pad was not operational. Our little guys were a little disappointed but the house pool and the lazy river made up for it. Definitely would stay here again!

This rental was fully equipped with all the amenities we would have at our own home. We enjoyed the access to the community pool with slides for the kids. The only negative thing is that the beds were a little on the hard side. Overall we we very happy.

This was a comfortable home for our three month winter getaway and large enough to host family when in town. We splurged and ordered the pool heat and were very glad we did! Both my husband and I used the pool every single day. The soaking tub was a bonus. We bought our own sharp knives set because the one there is dull, and had to replace the water filter to the refrigerator. The A/C and heat unit didn’t work in the game room but we didn’t use it so it wasn’t a problem for us. The view from the pool area was a highlight for us. We saw tortoises, sand hill cranes, pileated woodpecker, and an occasional coyote. All from the comfort and safety of a screened in lanai. Kitchen, bedrooms, and living area are all comfortably furnished with a television in every room. The bathrooms have great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Overall, a very nice home away from home.

Great house! Lots of room for our family. Very kind and responsive host. Clean and great for impression. Small room for improvement with the addition of some baking sheets in the kitchen, and a drying rack for clothing. Other than that, we loved it! Would rent again.

This house was exactly as described. Every room was large, decorations were Disney appropriate, the theatre room was an amazing. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, not only for indoors but pool friendly also. Two washers and dryers were extremely convenient for our party of 12. The owners check in, sent us lots of information ahead of time and we’re available to answer any questions. This group is very well organized. Would definitely rent again.
