Vacation rentals in Florence

We stayed at Susanna’s apartment in Florence, and it was a fantastic experience. Susanna was incredibly friendly and always quick to respond, which made communication a breeze. The apartment is in a great neighborhood, everything worked perfectly, and overall we had a really wonderful stay. We’d definitely be happy to stay with her again in the future and we highly recommend her to everyone.

Two couples shared this home - we were met by a property manager to be let in, and communication was great on the day. It was exactly as pictured, walking distance from the SMN train station, and an easy walk to the main piazzas. The king size beds and linens were excellent and comfortable (memory foam). The bedrooms were a bit tight as it was hard to get around the bed to the bathroom but it was worth it to have an ensuite bathroom for each. The large TV and instant access to wifi was appreciated!

The Florence home is absolutely beautiful...spacious, stylish, and perfectly located for exploring the city. The layout was comfortable and welcoming, and we loved being within walking distance of so many great sights, restaurants, and shops. The only downside is that there’s no elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage up and down four flights of stairs. That said, once you’re inside, it’s completely worth it! Its charm and central location make it a fantastic place to stay in Florence!

An amazing house with such friendly owners! We found the location really central and safe, with lots of nearby bars and restaurants. I was worried about the heat, but the air con worked great. If I ever visit Florence again, I’ll definitely check if this place is available.

The apartment was cute, very clean as well. The best location! Walk to everything and right by the Duomo. In the evenings you can hear the cathedral singers rehearsing, which was really cool. There was plenty of paper products, soap, etc. The one thing that could be improved is the couch. When you sit on it, the cushions fall forward and it's not real comfy. The tv remote was dead, but just needed new batteries. Overall, the place was great, and I would recommend it for sure.

Good location close enough to transport to get to attractions. Clean and well appointed. A pleasant stay for a couple of nights.

The photos of this apartment do not do it justice and they have downplayed the use of the sofa bed in the living area. The apartment is huge! It's super close to everything and the handler of the apartment t was easily contactable and really helpful (as the info from homes to go was not great). The bathroom is small but well appointed. The only issue is as the ceilings are so high the noise from the street cars etc does echo in the bedroom so light sleepers may want some ear plugs if it would affect you. Otherwise, this is a fantastic stay, really really loved it and miss it already. WiFi 5/5 Beds 5/5 Kitchen and seating 5/5 Balcony so sweet 5/5 Area location 5/5 literally seconds from the Duomo, everywhere is walkable you will want for nothing. That's it, I'm going back! Florence is expensive but this was worth it!

This is a very well-appointed, comfortable, modernised apartment conveniently situated for visiting Florence and the surrounding area. The apartment is well equipped for self-catering and also has a number of bars and supermarkets within walking distance. Nunzio is a great host. His communication throughout was excellent, made us feel very welcome and had very useful tips about places to visit and travelling around. Overall this apartment worked very well for us and I will be adding it to my list of options for future visits to the area. Thank you Nunzio

The apartment was just as described if not better! From the responses we had from our text of our arrival, to being met in person and given detailed information about it we felt comfortable that we had made the right choice. It had everything we needed as a family on our first visit to Florence. The kitchen had lots of items to allow us to cook a meal and had bottled water, wine, tea sachets and condiments which were greatly appreciated. The lounge was spacious as was the double bedroom. Both bathrooms having showers was a bonus for us. The only thing that we’d suggest is for 2 sets of keys as with a young family member wanting to stay out later it was a hindrance. There were lots of small shops and restaurants nearby and the bar at the end of the street was handy to stop in at after a day of walking. It is about a 20 minute max walk to most of the main tourist attractions. Hopefully we’ll get the chance to visit again sometime.
