1. Tree Trunk Nature Trail
This 1.2 mile trail is for walking only, so no worries about cyclists, horses or other faster moving trail users. This is a fairly easy trail winding through the park grounds, so bring the entire family and take your time and some spectacular photos.

The famous king of rock n roll was born in Tupelo and thousands of visitors from all over the world come each year to pay their respects. The park marks many trails that the young Elvis walked when the Presley family lilved in Tupelo. Combine your visit to the Elvis birthplace with some pleasant hiking through the park.

If you want to experience some active mountain biking, try this trail that climbs through Tombigbee State Park. There are plenty of changes in elevation to make the route challenging. Launch your boat on Lake Lee, a 90-acre freshwater lake full of bream, bass and catfish. You can also fish from the dock, or take a leisurely canoe ride for a relaxing water experience. No skiing or jet skiing, so the lake remains a calm, quiet environment.

Music fans will not want to visit Tombigbee without making a short drive into Tupelo to visit the house and church from the famous musician's childhood. The museum on the site preserves artefacts from Elvis' early days.
