Five miles of well-maintained trails wind through the park – all are well-marked and easy to follow. Beach walks enjoy great popularity as well. Stay for the night in one of the Rocky Neck State Park cabins and hike all the trails at a comfortable pace.

  • 1. Red Trail

  • 2. White Trail

A one-way route to the main beach parking lot, this 2-mile trail is mostly downhill. Hikers encounter a few steep sections along the way. Views of Bridebrook Marsh accompany you along the entirety of the White Trail. Bring your binoculars for some spectacular birding while you walk.

  • 3. Blue Trail

This trail crosses an open field before heading up a rocky path through the woods. Just over 1.5 miles in length, the Blue Trail has some steep sections. Take it slowly and bring extra water, as this is the most difficult walk in the park.
