The HomeToGo Operations Systems team is a group of analytical thinkers, creative solution-finders, and experienced relationship managers. We work cross-functionally to create scalable business processes, improve existing operations, and develop solutions that efficiently solve our challenges. Our goal is to enable continuous improvement and growth across HomeToGo—whether that’s by leveraging existing platforms like CRM and ERP or creating and implementing other state of the art solutions.
We are master collaborators and we play an integral role in HomeToGo’s impressive growth journey. We partner with stakeholders across teams such as Finance, Business Development, Guest Relations, and more to identify complexities and streamline processes. As our team and the business scales, we guide the migration of newly acquired entities into the HomeToGo Group so we can work effectively as one team.
