The Guest Relations team is the main point of contact between HomeToGo and our guests. We’re a group of expert listeners, out-of-the-box thinkers, and accomplished problem solvers. We approach each question, comment, or concern with empathy and we always put our guests first.
Our team is diverse, multilingual, and we possess a global mindset. In 2021, we helped guests from 120+ countries and in seven different languages! We work hard everyday to meet guest needs in real time, while also actively collecting insights to bring back to the HomeToGo Group and further educate our future strategies.
