Great location! House is right on the river with dock ! We rented a boat for the week and very easy access to gulf water and Sanibel ilsand. I had a 5 or 6 foot shark caught from the dock but he broke my line at the very end! Caught some trout and lady fish from dock as well. We also seen several dolphins right from the backyard!Pool is nice and under roof so the sun isn’t beating right down on you which was nice! I had an overall great trip ! We really enjoyed it!

We had a fantastic vacation. Most of our time was spent in the pool and hot tub—we loved it so much, we hardly left. The kayaks were a big hit, perfect for fishing or cruising down the canal. One heads-up: Bring plenty of bug spray. The mosquitoes were relentless being so close to the water. Other than that, everything was great. We really appreciated having access to beach chairs and towels. We cooked dinner at the house every night except the last, when we all went out together. Best of all, we got to spend quality time as a family—swimming, sharing meals, and playing games. It was everything a vacation should be.

Our stay at Villa Su Casa was wonderful. The pool and outside living area was the best. We didn't even need to heat the pool! The house had everything we needed. It's always the little things, and Bridget thought of those! No issues with the Wifi and TV. Bridget and her team were very responsive and provided some great tips. Like Farmer Joes! We were there more than once. Also, don't forget to go to the Farmers Market in Cape Coral on Saturday's. The produce was amazing. Sanibel and Lovers Beach Park are close by if you would like a beach day. We would strongly recommend a vacation or longer stay at Villa Su Casa.

We had a short but sweet stay in this beautiful home. We had plenty of towels and wash cloths which we really appreciated. The pool was great and the lanai was our go to hang out in the evenings. We did struggle to get the house comfortable cool at night. If we had stayed longer we would have asked the managers about it because they were truly great to work with. We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely home.

Our family had a great time here! Beds were comfortable, bedrooms were good size, the kitchen was fully stocked, lots of beach toys and 3 beach chairs in garage, and beautiful pool and lanai area. Lots of seating outside where we spent all day. Host is very prompt in communicating. Publix is a 5 minute drive, Yacht Club Beach is the local beach and is great for kids (shallow a long ways out and lots of sand to dig and build). Grandkids (5,7, & 9) enjoyed it. Ft. Meyers Beach is about 40 minutes away (longer during peak times due to construction on the bridge). Red Tide was prevalent in that area during our stay so we stayed local most of the time and enjoyed the pool! There is A LOT of traffic in Cape Coral. Mostly due to the canals that run through the area that forces traffic out onto the main roads. No back roads. This did not bother us as we learned to maneuver during less busy times. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come again!

Nice house, perfectly located on the water, near Publix, Target, gas station etc. Fort Myers can be reached within 15 minutes. Three bedrooms with two new looking bathrooms. Every bedroom, living room and pool table room equipped with TV. (Heated) pool was great. Overall, the equipment (incl towels, plates, toys for kids) is outstanding. At our arrival, the house, incl the pool area, could have been cleaned up more than it was. Highlight for us was the nice pool table, which we used frequently. We had two minor issues, both were taken care of right away.
