    This 4.6mi. trail requires a moderate fitness level, and is also open to mountain bikers and horseback riders. There are a few rocky undulations but most of the route is relatively flat. The wide-open landscapes offer fantastic views and the trail is at its best between November and March.

  • 3. Nightmare Gulch Loop

    Despite its name, this 8.8mi. route is anything but a nightmare. In fact, it offers stunning canyon landscapes, and there are plenty of geological features to explore off the main path.
