Great location, cosy home, well equipped. The only thing that let it down was the fact that the cleaners had not been in following the previous occupants and we arrived to be greeted by 3 bags of dirty laundry, no bedding, no towels etc. and no reply from cleaners emergency number, not good. However, as soon as the owner was aware all sorted. We would return.

Very, very clean. Beautiful views over the harbour. Well heated with plenty of hot water always. Very quiet day and night. Free washing machine facilities supplied. Able to park car outside front door. A great find.

Parking was a bit of a struggle, however we understand nothing can be done about that. The host has equipped the cottage very well with a lot of thoughtful touches. A fabulous welcome pack was much appreciated, also the cleaning pack provided by yourselves.

Great location and well maintained site. Constructive feed back as follows 1. Towel rail in bathroom does not work (found the switch) 2. Shower has mould to a greater extent then acceptable 3. Decoration in areas has been stated but not finished (kitchen window as example) 4. Toilet too close to the wall 5. Toilet not fitted correctly and moves Other than the above very nice.

Apartment was very small but very clean. Kitchen quite sparse and utensils not brilliant. Knives were blunt. The holiday park was in a beautiful location. Very steep hills to climb back from the beach and brixham, so you need to be fit. Beautiful beaches nearby and beautiful walk into brixham. Very friendly and helpful staff. Small shop has necessities only and not overpriced. Swimming pool clean but cold and no showers so had to go back to the apartment to shower which was a pain. Great little restaurant and bar on site with evening entertainment. We enjoyed our stay.
