Branson's Most Wonderful Time of the Year and Adoration Celebration parades sweep through the city, leaving a trail of Christmas cheer in their wake. Costumed marching bands play their way through the streets, accompanied by bands, carollers and (of course) Mr and Mrs Claus.
Chef Doug Knopp and his fleet of kitchen helpers create an annual edible village that stands more than three feet high. The ingredients include more than 300 pounds of sugar, 120 pounds of eggs and 600 pounds of candies. Their marvellous creations wow young and old and are a must-see sight on Christmases in Branson.
One of the greatest attractions for families of Branson hotels for Christmas is the spectacular equestrian show known as Dixie Stampede. A 'cast' of more than thirty horses and riders perform impressive feats in holiday themed surroundings. Enjoy dinner before enjoying this unique show.
