You'll have a few choices if arriving at the college by air: Birminham-Shuttlesworth International Airport is just a 10-minute drive away. Alternatively, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International is two hours and 20 minutes away. Montgomery Regional Airport is 90 minutes' drive by car.

The Birmingham Museum of Art houses an impressive collection of gorgeous pieces from around the world—you'll find everything from African sculptures to Chinese porcelain and American paintings.
When you've had your share of sightseeing, check out the local markets, malls, and restaurants. Alabama Farmer's Market is located here, and is an excellent place to pick up local produce. Richerchase Galleria and the Summit give visitors to Birmingham plenty of choice for fashion and dining. The Downtown area is excellent for everything from fine dining to barbecue joints and cafés.
