Sydney
Despite not being its capital, Sydney is undoubtedly Australia's most famous city and a beautiful harbor town. Since its founding in 1788, it has positioned itself as one of the ten cities with the best quality of life, but also as one of the most expensive. Located in the south of the country, it offers a perfect combination of culture, history, nature, beaches and gastronomy. Do not miss the famous Sydney Opera House, icon of the city; the Harbour Bridge, the longest bridge in the world; the Sydney Tower or the St. Mary's Cathedral. As for the beaches, the best known is Bondi Beach, where in addition to sunbathing, it is possible to practice all kinds of water sports. In Darling Harbour you can take a boat to watch the whales. Melbourne
It is the second largest city in Australia and capital of the state of Victoria. Melbourne is famous for its great cultural offerings, including numerous museums, galleries and theaters. It is home to some 4 million inhabitants and is a multicultural city with a passion for sports. Visit the Australian Center for Contemporary Art, the Historic House Garden and the Botanic Gardens. Canberra: It is the capital of the country and certainly the most different of all Australian cities, as it was built from scratch, as a planned city, whose design was made by the architect Walter Burley Griffin. Because of its green areas some nickname it as "the bush city". Adelaide: If you are looking for party and good atmosphere, this is your city. It hosts the Adelaide Biennale of Art, which attracts artists from around the world. There are also important food festivals and some of the biggest sporting events in the country.Darwin: Among its few 100,000 inhabitants, however, there are more than 50 nationalities.
