The places we stayed were great. The problem is that we had to stay in two different cabins, and did not realize this until a few days before the trip. I had pet friendly as a filter for my results. The cabin we stayed in the first night was pet friendly, where the cabin for the second night was not. Fortunately I realized we were in two cabins and called the property owner. I was able to work out a deal with them to let us stay in the cabin the second night and put my dog in an insulated kennel. If my brother had not owned an insulated kennel, then I would have been screwed as it was cold that night. If I had not called to talk to the property owner, I wouldn't have known that Hometogo booked us in a cabin that was not dog friendly against the filters I had put in my search.
